Our family was traveling from out of state and as we entered OH, check engine light came on. Called at 2:30pm, were able to make the 30 minute drive to the Service Center. No questions asked, Mary and her team got us in at 3pm, car was diagnosed. The part not in stock BUT they took from another car on the lot to get us on our way. Checked out with Kenny (Service Tech) and Mary at 4:30pm. Also, before we knew what was wrong, we were looking at our options (just in case) and Chase was wonderful to work with. He stated he would rather get us on the road in our own car versus us having to trade-in. He listened to what we need and what we like, and he was able to show us a few just in case options they had that would work for our family's needs as well as our budget.
