Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service staff were very professional. Waiting area and restroom were clean. I have over 50K on my tires, they printed off 3 tire quotes for 4 tires and did not pressure me into buying them. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Our family was traveling from out of state and as we entered OH, check engine light came on. Called at 2:30pm, were able to make the 30 minute drive to the Service Center. No questions asked, Mary and her team got us in at 3pm, car was diagnosed. The part not in stock BUT they took from another car on the lot to get us on our way. Checked out with Kenny (Service Tech) and Mary at 4:30pm. Also, before we knew what was wrong, we were looking at our options (just in case) and Chase was wonderful to work with. He stated he would rather get us on the road in our own car versus us having to trade-in. He listened to what we need and what we like, and he was able to show us a few just in case options they had that would work for our family's needs as well as our budget.

Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. In all my years visiting dealerships, this one has left the most positive impression—especially during an extremely challenging situation. My son and his friends were on their very first road trip, driving from Virginia Beach to Chicago. More than halfway there, his 2023 Jeep Compass started making a rattling noise. Concerned for their safety, they stopped in Washington Court House, Ohio—the closest city. It was very early morning, and most businesses were still closed. A local service station turned them away, saying they were too busy. Thankfully, they then found Gordon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The dealership wasn’t open yet, but they parked in the lot to wait. A gentleman arriving early for work noticed them, asked if they were okay, and kindly invited them inside to rest in the lounge until opening. By then, the boys had been on the road over nine hours and waiting five more—they were exhausted. That simple act of compassion meant so much. When the service department opened, Mr. Bill immediately took the time to listen and understand their situation. He recognized the seriousness of the issue and quickly had the car diagnosed—something that is rare in most service departments without an appointment. His care and urgency revealed a dangerous problem that made it unsafe for them to continue driving. Mr. Bill clearly explained the issue and advised that the vehicle remain at the dealership. He even helped guide them through alternative ways of reaching Chicago safely. As a mother, I am deeply grateful for the kindness, respect, and professionalism shown to four stranded young men from Virginia. Mr. Bill’s quick action may very well have prevented a serious accident. Over the past week, he has stayed in communication with my son and me, providing clear updates, explanations, and solutions. His responsiveness and dedication reflect someone who truly cares about his customers. I also want to recognize Mr. Mark from the parts department, who was equally kind and helpful in suggesting the right tires for the car. I cannot say enough about this dealership, its team, and the genuine care they showed during such a stressful time. You all truly live your values.
