4.9 would be more accurate. I came in because I was told I had a taillight out. I was glad it could be handled within 2 hours, without making an appointment and at a minimal cost. My only issue was regarding where my car was. The clerk checked and told me my car was in the sixth spot of the second row beside the building. Nope. Using my key, I found the car along the front of the building.
