Simple oil change exactly as I requested. Walked in without an appointment, waiting room had about 7 others and I didn't have to wait more than 35-45 minutes. I wasn't pressured to buy anything else and the lobby had coffee and waters as well as a few snacks. My truck had a little mud when I got there, nothing bad. But I noticed that it was pressure washed. Not clean but no mud. This was unexpected and I'm grateful.

I have gotten good service for the most part at Spitzer Honda. I was reluctant about the transition from Rick Case, after having dealt with them for a very long time. But I am always treated very respectfully and the service they promise is fulfilled. I have only one complaint, how do you wash a car as a courtesy and the wheel covers are still filthy afterward?????? 😳. Kiersten, who was my service advisor on my most recent visit, was as personable as they come. A very warm and friendly, customer-oriented young woman.
