Everyone at Knippelmier took the time to greet, thank, and congratulate me on my purchase, as if I was the only one to purchase that day. Of course I was not, but that's the kinda treatment I recieved. I couldn't say any of these things about any other dealership I have ever dealt with. To wrap things up, my salesman filled the truck up with gas for me and showed me all it's features and functions then told me if I had any problems or qestions, that I could give him a call. MY SALESMAN did and said this!!! They've made a customer for life. No matter where I'm at when I decide to buy another vehicle one thing's certain... I'm coming back to knippelmier and looking for Rick gray. Outstanding work guys!
