1st time car shopping on my own. - Betty2016
This was the first time I was faced with shopping for a car on my own, and Chad made the experience a pleasure. He and the other staff at Ladd Handford took the time to explain the finance process , enquirer about my vehicle needs and make sure I felt very comfortable with my purchase. I never felt pushed or rushed and all of my questions were answered patiently and fully. It was , surprisingly to me, a pleasant process. I would definately use Ladd Handford for future purchases and have already been telling my friends and family about my experience. B. Schaeffer

Never expected to buy a new car this week! - gigigold
So, a week ago, I got a call from the Kia Dealership where I had purchased my 2912 Sportage in Nov 2011. I
Apparently, Jim Sapala KIA is expanding its preowned business and they needed used Sportages.
I thought okay see what they have to say. Well they did a fantastic job of getting me into. another Sportage. I Love my SPORTAGE. I LOVE THE dealership of Jim A
Sapala and the staff that worked hard to make my deal come through.
I now have a brand new 2016 KIA Sportage. Ty Tyrell and Mo????
They mean what they say in their commercials! - Tracey C.
Eric Toth is an amazing salesperson!!! I called in to advise of my interest in purchasing and was told I would be placed with one of the best!!!! I walked in wanting a certain type of car but walked out with an even better vehicle..beautiful car and exactly what I need. Eric was with me for the entire process...he spent hours helping me..he cut my interest rate in half....to 7.99 percent and my payments down by 150.00 a month on a vehicle I never thought I could qualify for!!! He is attentive, patient, and very sincere! I also worked with the manager, Jason, Shawnee the receptionist, and finance person, Kyle...all AMAZING!!! Go to Brown Daub Kia for your next car!!! You won't regret it. Ask for Eric Toth!!!

Eric and Tim were great salesmen to work with - Rhonda Deakin
Shorkey did everything to make sure the price was fair, and this vehicle is backed by every warranty available so they truly stand behind the high quality of the cars that they sell!
Very knowledgeable - Shannon Stauffer
I was impressed with this dealership after one phone call. Their used inventory of Sorentos was much more extensive than any other dealership we have called or visited over the past month two months. The when we stopped in and met with James we were impressed even more. He was by far the most knowledgeable salesman I've dealt with. He took the time to show us all the vehicle's features and answered all our questions. He covered everything inside and outside of the car. For such a young guy, he sure has taken the time to learn his stuff...very, very impressive! When the time came to make the deal, I felt like they were fair and willing to work with us. I was pleased with how painless the whole process was. I haven't bought a car in 13 years and, thankfully my experience was much less stressful than I imagined it would be. We highly recommend this dealership, everyone was great. James needs a raise....he's awesome!
New 2017 Black Cherry Sportage - JenG

Our sales consultant was absolutely wonderful to work with & my husband & i are extremely happy with our purchase & the attention we received here. I feel that Ron did everything he could to get us a payment that fit what we were looking for. THANKS RON!!!
Superb Buying Experience - donny33
The entire staff was outstanding! My wife and I were thrilled with the price we paid for out certified GMC Yukon XL. Jeff Wasco, Carl Rollins, and Ryan Bruch treated my family like their own. We cannot say enough positive remarks in regards to Abeloff Kia. Thank you so much and you have gained a family of customers for years to come!
Pleasant experience - ckraucun
Compared to other dealers, I had a very pleasant experience calling ahead, test driving the car with Kofi, and preliminary price negotiations. I ended up choosing another car, but would recommend people to see Kofi if interested in a Kia.
LIKE NEW CAR - new car guy
SALES PERSONAL WAS PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS THE MANAGEMENT. ESPEICALLY JON TAYLOR JUSTIN AND TOMMY MADDEN WERE VERY HELPFUL IN SHOWING ME THE FEATURES OF MY NEW VEHICLE.
Horrible - Kp
Bought a 2015 Kia Optima hybrid with a few hundred miles on the car. The sales lady told me that it was used to go back and forth by the sales associates . Within a few months my car broke down . Had it towed to Kia and they took three days to call me and let me know what was wrong with it . They said I needed a new transmission but it's covered under the warranty . I called to speak to the sales manager tom who from the beginning was very rude and cocky . I told him they should not sell a brand new car without checking it first . I bought that car not thinking it would break down after a few months . He said to me well our sales people wouldn't know that. No they wouldn't. But performance Kia should not be selling vehicles that are no good . Horrible vehicles and horrible customer service .
22500 mile service warranty - Star
Thank you Jason Hempel (service advisor) for your friendliness and help. Branden for quality work and Carrie Mitchell for helping me find where I was pose to go. I went to Smail based on the reviews on google and their prices are the cheapest around. Thank you again, Dustin 2013 Kia Optima
Halloween in March - Bearsonly
All trick but no treat, went there after I was told that the car was there.....WRONG. Drove a solid hour to get there, to be told that the car was sold the day before, but was shown some other cars instead. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Stay away - you've been warned! - tomtutone
You've been warned - find another Kia Dealer to buy from and more importantly, get your KIA serviced!
Gateway Kia Warrington's service department is in complete chaos, which may be because of the utter incompetence of the Service management OR the Technicians being clueless on how to fix their own vehicles.
Short version of events AFTER our vehicle was there for 2 WEEKS with no update on status...
KIA - "Good thing you called 'cause the part just (now) got here." (really I called at the exact perfect moment at 9:53 on a Monday?)
Me - Sorry? The car's been there for going on 2 weeks!! (in an aggravated and sarcastic tone) "So you ordered in the wrong AGAIN? (this was the second time!)
Kia - "YEA, looks like the wrong part was shipped in last week. (apparently the warehouse workers at the KIA parts warehouse not only do not know how to pull the correct part number but they also FUDGED the paperwork so the part number, packing slip and invoice all matched.)
Appears to be a conspiracy undertaken by the international Kia parts warehouse to unscrupulously undermine this one dealership.
STAY AWAY from this place!
Terry was AWESOME & we LOVE our Kia 😊 - Trina3260
Terry did a wonderful job at getting us our Kia! Thank you Terry!! I recommend her helping you get your car!!! It was worth the drive from Punxsutawney!
a new Sedona, then a new to me Fusion - frausrs
Pete sold me a 2012 Sedona in the summer of 2011 since I had to move my musician daughter to Baton Rouge, LA. I couldn't see how we'd transport her instrument, computer, etc. in a U-Haul! Pete was great, as I knew he'd be. After all, we had patronized Schlenker Motors since 1980. The van was also great--I didn't need brakes at all in the three years I owned it and I put 56K miles on it! I loved that I could remove two seats and fold two more down.
This fall I decided I wanted a car, so, of course, I turned to Pete. When I’d told him I wanted a Fusion, he not only found me a wonderful pre-owned one with only 9K miles, he handled my purchase efficiently, in a friendly manner, and gave me a great trade-in price. I recommend Pete Schlenker to anyone looking for a personalized experience in car shopping.

Poor Service Department - Spring07
I took my Kia Sorrento in to be looked at because it was sluggish when pushing the gas. When we bought it we paid extra for the extended warranty. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, but wanted me to purchase an extensive oil change for $120.00 and Carbon removal for $199.00. I refused both of these. They still charged me $111.30 for doing absolutely NOTHING to my car. I will never be purchasing as extended warranty or another vehicle from this dealer ship.
Service - MJ
Had a tire pressure issue on my way home. I was about 20 minutes from Murray Kia, It was 4:45 and service closes at 5. I was told that the service department was packing up getting ready to go home and no one could wait for me. All I wanted was my tire pressure checked. That's poor customer service.
Dishonest and disrespectful - Drziggypop
Ryan Kelly treated my parents in an unprofessional manner while their car was in the shop last month. They were visiting family over Christmas when their 2003 Kia Sorento broke down and needed major repairs, preventing them from enjoying the rest of their trip and ruining their plans to spend New Years in New York City. The repairs were not complete at the promised time, and this was not communicated to them until they came to pick it up. They had no choice but to get a rental car and drive back to Virginia to get back to work. Ryan Kelly promised that the dealership would cover the cost of the rental car including insurance, and also promised to meet halfway in Maryland when the repairs were complete. On the day this was supposed to happen, my father was told he would have to come all the way to the dealership and would not be met halfway. When my parents were able to return to Harrisburg to pick up their vehicle, the battery was dead, and the staff gave them a hard time about replacing it. The service department also tried to charge them for the rental car. Eventually Ryan agreed to cover the rental, but did not cover the cost of insurance, so he did not keep his word. He proceeded to disrespect my parents in an awful manner. He admitted that he lied about covering the rental expenses and suggested they be grateful he ended up covering part of it. He also admitted to lying about meeting halfway to return the vehicle, saying "Yeah, I lied. I'm getting sick of dealing with you people acting like we owe you something. It's not like you have a BMW, you just have a 2003 Sorento; you should be grateful that we've done anything for you." Needless to say, my parents were very insulted. On top of that, they discovered the cruise control is no longer functioning. They were treated very rudely when they called the shop about this. This was a very stressful and costly ordeal for my parents, and it ruined their short, modest vacation. They were living of suitcases in a La Quinta for a whole week being jerked around by your service department and couldn't even take the vehicle home with them. And to top it all off, Ryan had to personally insult my Dad because of the car he drives and acted like dishonesty and disrespect are what customers like my parents deserve.
A Matter of Trust - PAKIA2014
I drive 20 miles to bring my Kia vehicle to Lehighton because I trust that their service would keep my vehicle in perfect driving condition. Every time I go there to have my vehicle serviced, I go over the multi-point inspection list afterward to make sure everything was checked. I put my trust on those check marks. On January 5, the temperature had dipped to the single digits and I noticed my Tire Pressure Monitoring System was permanently lit. I called Kia Lehighton and the person I talked to already knew what I was calling about. Apparently, I was not the first customer to call that day. " Are you calling about the horse shoe with an exclamation point inside?" she asked. Anyway, she assured me that the problem would go away after I have driven my vehicle a few miles. She told me that I could go to the dealership but I felt no need to drive 20 miles just to take care of under-inflated tires.
I went to a gas station to take care of the problem myself. When I got there I found out that I couldn't open the cap of the tire valve, even when I tried to use a pair of pliers. I called up Kia Lehighton again and asked to talk to a service advisor. He told me to just do it gently so that the cap will not break. I went home and took out my WD-40 and wrench to gently remove the tire valve cap. When I finally got them off, I noticed that all four tire valves were covered in a white powder, which suggests that they have not been opened for quite some time. It has not been a month since my last service and when I checked my receipt, the "check tires/measure tire thread depth" was indeed checked. This did not agree with the powdery deposit in my tire valve.
A year ago, I agreed to put nitrogen in my tires. I paid for that service because their flyer said " with nitrogen it can take six months to lose 1.5 psi." Since I have my car serviced about 3 times a year, I didn't have to worry about low tire pressure anymore. That is, if the dealership actually did the multi-point injection.
I went back to the gas station to pump air into my tires. The air pump had a digital display that shows the initial pressure in the tire and stops automatically when the set pressure is reached. All my tires registered an initial pressure of 30 psi. My recommended tire pressure is 33 psi. If my tires lose 1.5 psi every 6 months, then it is safe to assume that my tires were not checked during my last service. Perhaps they were not checked after I put nitrogen in my tires a year ago.
Awesome visit at McCafferty with Greg Poller! - ashley105

Avoid if you do not want ripped off - Unhappy Customer
Going there was a HUGE mistake!!! I took my car in b/c the check engine light was on and cost me over 1000 dollars and the very next day it was back on and I took it back only for them to tell me it would cost another 600 dollars b/c I would need a new combination switch I told them I could not afford it and the told me they could get a used part and it would be cheaper and every time I went into the dealership they hounded me to buy a new car. They told me the part would be in by the end of the month of February (and this was the manager) So now this is the middle of March I have not heard from that all. I did not trust them and took my car to a garage and THANK GOD I did b/c it was not my combination switch at all!!!!! It cost me a little over one hundred dollars to get fixed and my check engine has not been on since. I just wonder if I went there and had the switch replace and when the light would come back on what kind of problem they would have found and what it would have cost me. IF YOU LIKE TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY GO TO CENTURY 3 KIA!!!!
sold me a $40,000car with $4400 junk brakes - yorkmitsusuxcox
Bought a brand new lancer evolution at this location in april. Since my purchase the brakes have squealed loudly like a cop car squeal. At first they said it was nothing during my test drive now they refuse to repair it and it's not a small sound it's crazy they won't own up to the junk they sold me. Btw the repairs for said parts through mitsubishi total $4400 for oem. Avoid this trashy establishment. Avoid these sleazy people. They'll sell you headaches and empty wallets.
