On April 19th I started researching the new Kia Niro. On April 20th I stopped by Ladd-Hanford Kia to see one and speak with Mike Ebling. Later that night I drove home in my brand new car. Mr. Persichini both emailed and called me on Monday (4/24/17) to schedule for me to have the windshield looked at again. On 4/26/17 a Safelight technician came to our home. Upon inspection the technician noted our concerns, and the matter was resolved to our satisfaction.

I went to dc and Baltimore area dealerships with the hope and expectation that the higher volume dealers would have better pricing. But got over inflated quotes and manipulated prices that were higher than at york Kia. Sad. These guys were obviously a family business and I was treated honestly and fairly from the very beginnng. No hassle and the whole transaction was as quick as I have ever experienced. Would definitely do business there again.

Compared to other dealers, I had a very pleasant experience calling ahead, test driving the car with Kofi, and preliminary price negotiations. I ended up choosing another car, but would recommend people to see Kofi if interested in a Kia.

I routinely get the state and emissions inspection done at Smail. Shawn, our service advisor does a great job for us, gets an appointment when we need it, then follows through during the whole procedure. She communicates well, very effectively. Timing is always good and the work done on time and right the first time. That keeps us coming back for nearly everything the car needs. thanks to Shawn and the techs!!!!

After a week of emails and texts I had an appointment to the Jim Sipalas in Coatesville, was sent a text by the salesman I had been corresponding with asking if we could push back the time and that was fine. When I do arrive I shake hands with James and then pushed off onto another salesman, who was friendly but was new. I had already filled out a credit application before going there, had spoke to a financial Manager on the phone stating I was pre qualified and asked what type of car I'm interested in, however, upon arrival I am once again filling out a credit application only to be told that I need a big down payment, never being told the exact amount and told to have a nice day, as if to say I cannot afford the down payment and I wasn't worth anymore of their time. Why bother filling out two credit applications when I had already done one, why waste my time if I wasn't qualified?? Oh and I never again spoke to James while there, nor even seen or spoken to Austin one of the financial guys. Bottom line made me feel like I was not good enough to be in their dealership. Even when I do get my credit straightened out and can get into a new car it will not be here.

Horrible dealership! My husband and I went there May 11th for a new vehicle. We were there for almost 5 hrs before being told to come back the next day. We went back the next day May 12th, and after about 6 hrs finally got it together and left with the vehicle. They did not set up the Sirus radio, and gave my husband a dead keyfob so I had to drive back the following Monday to get that handled. Then, 10 days later, they contact us and say that the bank denied financing because my husband is considered self employed. Something that was mentioned when we there the 1st day(Thursday). 10. Days. Later. So again, I drove out there to take our tax returns. That was Monday. Here we are, Thursday the 25th, now 13 days later, they call and tell us to bring the vehicle back, and take our trade back. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. EVER! Stay away from this place. Monroeville kia was a lot better in every aspect when I took my sister and father in law there. And this is not the 1st I've heard of them doing this to people I should have listened and went elsewhere.

I have bad credit. Not kinda bad, like bad bad. I went to one of those guaranteed approval used car places first and was very unhappy...so I left and figured I'd at least try my luck at a dealership. I had owned an Optima in the past and loved it so I went to get another. I was greeted by Stan as soon as I walked in and told him about my credit problems up front. Stan never made me feel bad or embarrassed and didn't make me any promises, he simply said he would do his best to help me. I drove away in a certified pre owned Kia that same day with the exact down payment I had offered in the first place and a monthly payment within the limits of my budget. The whole time Stan was kind, patient, and all around pleasant. I would go back and will send others there for sure.

When I walked into Turner Kia everyone was there to say hello. I found the dealer that my dad used Brant Bishop. He knew who I was from my father calling. Got right to the chase to show me the Kia so I was looking at. Worked well with me and answered all my questions. Took the car for a test drive and answered more questions. Him and Scott work the deal out that I left the same day with my new car. Facility is very clean very friendly atmosphere professionalism by far. I would highly recommend them to anybody getting a new car or a certified car or used. They gave me the best deal around my area. They got my payments to where I wanted them they worked with me to get what I want it. Truly an amazing place to be. I would highly recommend them to anybody. We were sold a pre owned car last August and took it for inspection last week.
The rotors are so worn that they have to be replaced and we only put 12,000 miles on the car!!
When we contacted our sales person we were basically toldl that too bad, they will not cut us a price break on new rotors, so our inspection til is costing us a total of $700.00.
Once Ron Lewis gets your money, they are done with you.
