fantastically easy - Pegasus
As soon as I walked in the door I was earnestly greeted. I was lucky enough to be dealing with Chad Wartluft. I told him what I wanted and he went right to work, I didn't even have to follow him, he brought the car right to the door of the showroom. He explained everything to me about the Kia Soul I asked to see and allowed me to test drive on my own, I had some questions about the car and asked Chad if he could drive the car with me in it, Chad was very helpful in answering all my questions. He had already set the wheels in motion to get all the paperwork done and the financing. Chad made me feel like the most important customer he ever had. Nick the finance guy was very nice and explained all the paperwork in a way that you didn't have to question what it was for and made it that easy that it didn't take all day. Some of my friends have bought their cars at Ladd-Hanford and told me how good they are even after the sale, they were telling the truth. When you need a new or new-tp-you vehicle go to Ladd-Hanford and ask for Chad. You will not regret it!

Today I left with the car of my dreams! My second car with Scott Kia and they just get better and more VIP. Hassan helped us from the moment we entered the dealership. He took us to see the many beautiful cars in their showroom, and I immediately fell in love with the Niro! Hassan was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and personable. He made sure we were helped every step of the way! Got us the best rate, even checked to see that the color of my car was available! I couldnt be happier!!! And more thankful!!! Thank you, thank you, Hassan, Kristen Rose and Scott Kia for another great ride!

Much better than years ago..... - rdrj427
Went to Savage after an unpleasant experience 7 years ago. Much happier this time around. Omar was great to work with, no pressure. Tom one of the managers, worked with us to get us to where we wanted to be payment wise, and enjoyed working with Eric on the final paperwork. We got a great deal and the car that we wanted. Thank you.
Great car purchasing experience! - Debbie Strange
Easy efficient no hassle experience! After being jerked around at another area Kia dealership,I called South Hills Kia and spoke with Andy Mulheren. I told him the car, color, and price I wanted to pay for the car. I asked if he could make it happen that day. He got back to me in minutes with a number that was very satisfactory. I did the application for financing online, sent my driver license and insurance information via phone text and arrived in pm for purchase. 45 minutes later I was out the door with a new Kia Soul. I did my homework and asked for the true car price and it was honored. Andy is the nicest guy! Only to happy to buy the car from him. Would refer any car buyer to him for an honest, no BS or ga!me, approach to car purchase,!! If all salesmen at South Hills Kia are like Andy.....shop there......skip Monroeville Kia!
update 4/26/17: windshield ok now. - Greg Sturgill
Mr. Persichini both emailed and called me on Monday (4/24/17) to schedule for me to have the windshield looked at again. On 4/26/17 a Safelight technician came to our home. Upon inspection the technician noted our concerns, and the matter was resolved to our satisfaction.
Friendly Staff in Sales and Service - bklyn888
My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles so far from Abeloff Kia and both times they were honest and upfront with the process from beginning to end with no strong arm sales tactics. Shout out to Antoine and Rob!
We have used their service center as well several times and the work was done right the first time without overselling us on unnecessary services and just what we needed.
Thank you Abeloff Kia for your honesty and integrity.
Able to fit me in - rdrj427
I originally called with a battery/charging issue with my 15 Soul. Even though at first I was told they had no appointments available to 9/5 they fit me in because of the nature of the repair. Janine was our service advisor and she was awesome to work with. Very professional and courteous. Pete the general manager is always great to work with. Thank you.
Purchase of new Kia Sportage - Bo-P
Extremely happy with the attention we received with Smail. I was set on a specific color with specific features and they took the time to locate exactly what you wanted and had it on their lot in a day.
Honest pricing that beat the high volume dealership - hotrod129
I went to dc and Baltimore area dealerships with the hope and expectation that the higher volume dealers would have better pricing. But got over inflated quotes and manipulated prices that were higher than at york Kia. Sad. These guys were obviously a family business and I was treated honestly and fairly from the very beginnng. No hassle and the whole transaction was as quick as I have ever experienced. Would definitely do business there again.
Pleasant experience - ckraucun
Compared to other dealers, I had a very pleasant experience calling ahead, test driving the car with Kofi, and preliminary price negotiations. I ended up choosing another car, but would recommend people to see Kofi if interested in a Kia.
Oil change - Llnanni
I brought my car in and was out of there within a half hour. Quick and done. Very friendly and fast. Great customer service. Oil change
Great Customer Service got me in the car I wanted - Drew F.
Tim helped me drive off the lot with a certified Kia Soul that hit all the marks for me. There was no pressure from the start and it was a pleasant experience inside this clean family owned dealership.
It was obvious during my test drive that Tim knew how the car functioned inside and out, that was very helpful and expedited the process for me. Before closing, you get to meet the staff and receive a walk through of the owner's manual, very thorough. All in all, I would recommend any friend or family member to this dealership if they are in the market.

Surprised at the deal we got! - GandA
Jon Taylor was our salesman and we highly recommend him. His professionalism made our deal possible and that is after we had shopped three other Kia dealerships without success. We are absolutely delighted with the whole team at Gateway Kia and now consider them among our friends. Highly recommend them without any reservation!
We dealt with s very knowledgeable sales agent. - Mabl61
We were assisted by Kevin Grenaldo. He took his time waiting on us and was very helpful. We currently own a Kia and are very satisfied.
Do not do business with this dealership - Mike Q
I have purchased over 15 new cars in my life, 3 of them Kias from another dealership. This is the worst car buying experience ever. The people at Kia of Coatesville are dishonest, uninformed and unresponsive. Please do not deal with these folks. Buyer beware... Big time!
Friendly, efficient purchase! - Cristyd
I purchased a Sorrento and Brian MacClausland, my salesman, made the experience wonderful. The whole process of buying the car was quick & efficient. Thank you!
Dismissive, slow, and disorganized - sweetheart23
Last week I contacted Monroeville Kia about a blue Niro they had in stock. A woman called me within 15 minutes and asked if I'd like to make an appointment to do a test drive. We scheduled for Saturday, which was yesterday. My husband and I went to the Monroeville Kia dealership yesterday for our scheduled appointment. When we walked in there were two or three tables with people seated and working out deals. When we informed the girl at the front desk that we were there for our test drive appointment, she had absolutely no idea what we were talking about. She said, "Everyone is busy right now, but you can sit in the waiting area for the next available salesperson to get to you. It shouldn't take long and there's a TV." We were surprised, but just then a sales guy walked by and said he would help us in a few minutes if we'd be willing to wait. He suggested in the meantime that we could look at the Niro model in the showroom, we could get in and see the interior while we waited. We did so and another sales guy with slicked-back hair and lots of jewelry approached us and we deferred his help politely. The original guy was back in a few minutes. Other than the appointment issue, so far so good, right?
When he got back, he said disgusted, "Sorry for the wait. We had a bunch of call-offs today. What were you looking for today?" We told him the EX or LX model Niro. He told us that the blue Niro outside was an EX with fewer options, and then asked if we wanted to see it. We told him yes. As we looked the vehicle over, he mentioned that the price was $26k. I mentioned that the website had several monthly deals advertised that we should be eligible for receiving (I read them carefully online - how accurate they were, who knows). He said, "I've been on vacation for a week. I don't know what the specials are for now. Let me check, but I think what you're talking about is some discount program with Uber. I don't think that's for you." NUMBER 1: When you (sales guy) hit the floor, you should know the xxxx sales every day. NUMBER 2: He never asked me about my relation to Uber. He just assumed it wasn't for me.
He went back inside and came out saying, "Tthe price is $26k and that's all I can do for you." NUMBER 3: BS!!!!!
Now for the prelude to the test drive. He asks if we really want to do a test drive. My husband respectfully replied, "We'd like to if you have the time." Sales guy's response? "Well, I don't, but if you make it worth my while and buy it, then I will." No smile or joking, just that same trodden down frown and overarching frustration. My husband replied, "Well, that depends on how much you are willing to work with us." Sales guy said "Okay," and went back inside again with license, etc to prep for the test drive. We started the drive and there was no additional information about the vehicle volunteered by Sales guy. He sat there silently unless I prompted him to talk about the vehicle. Instead he talked about his 7 kids. NUMBER 4: I don't respond well to the idea that I am somehow responsible for his kids through purchasing a car. Way to manipulate, buddy.
We finished the drive and Sales guy said, "Ok, well, my people from this morning are back. I have to talk with them and rip someone a new a**hole. I'll get back to you in a few minutes." We waited... again. After 10 minutes, he got back to us and my husband asked for numbers for purchase/ lease, 60 month and 72 month terms, and the monthly payments for these options so we could decide if this would work with our budget. Sales guy left to "run the numbers" and went into an all glass room with a bunch of guys who were talking. No calculating could be seen. On his desk was one picture of one girl - I'm guessing his daughter - must be the favored from among the 7 kids. There were no computers at the sales desks, not even a calculator, and no clocks on the walls and as we waited, and waited, AND waited. We realized that this guy did not want to work for our sale. He did not want to help us, work with us, or deal with us in any way. Why did I conclude this? Apart from the obvious lack of informing us about this expensive product we were clearly interested in learning about, on the test drive he talked about himself, his past work experience, and the other "xxxx on wheels" hybrids out there. NUMBER 5: No cussing during the sales pitch. Do not discuss yourself. Teach about the product and focus on the non-verbal cues from your customers.
Lastly, and my particular last straw. The sales guy with slicked back hair and jewelry was helping an older woman while we were waiting for our Sales guy to return. After a few minutes he said loud enough to hear, "Well, we can't do that. Sorry we can't help you." She got up to leave and made some comment we couldn't hear. He replied to her, "I know. That's okay, sweetheart." NUMBER 6: GAG!!!!!! Women have names, too. I'd bet about $26k that none of them are named sweetheart. He knew her name, too. It was disgraceful, dismissive, and nauseating.
I will never, ever go back there. It was everything, and I mean EVERYTHING horrible about buying a car. This was not even the worst trip to a car dealership I've had, but this was a SURE THING for them when we arrived there and they still managed to mess it up. Negative five stars for this horrible place. BTW, I am not mentioning our sales guy's name because the entire workplace had such low morale, I actually pitied him. I wish him luck in finding a better job, b/c it's clear to me that there HAS TO be a better job than that.
Couldn't be better - Dominick cesario
Or salesperson was great he selected the perfect car for us right off the start. He was very informative and answered all of our questions very clearly. Not only were we happy with the amazing sales team but the sales and finance managers helped us get the car we wanted at a very affordable price. When we pulled away in our new car we were completely informed on how to use all our new and updated features. The whole experience was very timely and smooth flowing. Best of all it was simple. Thank you Smail.
Worst service experience ever - Unhappy Customer
Gateway Kia of Warrington has the worst service department I've ever experienced. Don (service advisor) and Frank (service and parts director) are not friendly or helpful. On several occasions I was charged for fixing a problem that didn't needed to be fixed. When I questioned the work I was met with increased rudeness and disrespect. I feel as though this service department is dishonest and most certainly doesn't care about their customers. As a side note, I did purchase my vehicle here but will never use them for anything again.
Really ignorant people not one good thing about this place - Bad business
A friend of mine purchased a used vehicle from this place granted the vehicle was as is with no warranty. He paid $4000 or $5000 for the vehicle. He had the vehicle for about 30 days and the transmission went. And to replace the transmission is going to cost him more than he paid for the vehicle so he thought by Jim Shorkey being a pretty big dealership he would give them a call and see if they can lead him in the right direction or possibly maybe even help him out a little bit so he called and the service manager said absolutely not no questions asked and was extremely ignorant. Thank you
It was just an oil change - penguinsfan777
My first visit to Mike Kelly Kia to try to start a relationship with a local Kia dealer. Took my car there for a small recall item and an oil/filter change. Paid them $70 for a synthetic oil change. It was just a simple oil change so I didn't check it until a day later. I found out that they hadn't changed my oil or filter at all. In fact I think they took the little plastic door off the bottom of my car and never changed the oil, then never put the plastic door back on. I had to order a new one. They are 25 miles away from my home so I didn't even bother to argue this with the dealer. It would have been just a huge headache an another half day of work I'd have to take off. I'll look for another dealer and hope I get luckier.
Before I even got my car back the service manager was pestering me about giving him a good service review. Little did I know. I fell for it hook line and sinker. I hope he won his vacation or whatever he was trying to win. My advice would be to take your car someplace else.
