went to this kia dealership and was greeted by Arnie Schiavi and he helped me get the best value which is what I was looking for, Arnie worked for me to get the best possible price they gave me good trade value and I even go to watch another friendly salesman do a spot on michial Jackson impression I left the dealership feeling good and that's what I expected I feel that Arnie went above and beond by helping me unload my truck as well

The salesman, Bill Bruner, went out of his way to help me with the best deal he could and he was friendly, courteous and easy to work with. The finance end of it went very smoothly and I was pleased how I was treated during the whole experience of purchasing this car. This is my 3rd Kia Sorento I purchased from Kia of Coatsville. However, it is the 6th Kia my husband and I have owned. We in total have purchased 5 Kia cars/suvs from Kia of Coatsville. I have been to other dealerships and do not get the satisfaction I receive when I purchase a car from your dealership. Also, I have never meet a more dedicated salesman like Sharif Aly. He goes well over and beyond to assist the customer and does his very best to complete the deal, so it completely satisfies the customer and benefits the dealership as well. Whenever I hear someone looking to purchase a new car I always plug away Kia of Coatsville and Sharif to the person and encourage them to stop in and try the dealership and to let Sharif assist them. When my husband said about looking for a new car I said well you know where I want to go, I like dealing with Kia of Coatsville the best!!! by the way I live almost an hour away from the Kia Of Coatsville.

Compared to other dealers, I had a very pleasant experience calling ahead, test driving the car with Kofi, and preliminary price negotiations. I ended up choosing another car, but would recommend people to see Kofi if interested in a Kia.

I went to dc and Baltimore area dealerships with the hope and expectation that the higher volume dealers would have better pricing. But got over inflated quotes and manipulated prices that were higher than at york Kia. Sad. These guys were obviously a family business and I was treated honestly and fairly from the very beginnng. No hassle and the whole transaction was as quick as I have ever experienced. Would definitely do business there again.

I have owned Kia Soul since Jan 2014. The car is already falling apart. When I purchased my car in 2014, the car was brand new. I thought that I traded in my 14 year old car to have a worry free life for at least 5 years. Unfortunately, that is not the case. My car is a piece of junk. I never know if it is going to start or if it is going to accelerate. Unfortunately, no one cares to find out what the issue is at the dealer. I have expressed my concern for my personal safety numerous times and it has appeared to fall on deaf ears. My lights go out intermittently. My car may or may not start. The car accelerates and slows down with little or no warning. Since they cannot find the issue with the computer, they do not want to investigate my issue. I honestly do not know what mechanics would have done before computers obviously Kia doesn't either. My service adviser appears to have an attitude and is not personable. It seems like he gets pissed when asked to do anything related to his job. He often comes off as nasty on the phone and annoyed. I have extensive warranties and fear that my car is not being properly investigated because I do not have to pay for service. I am not sure. Either way, my car is not safe to drive. I do not feel safe when driving it. I have expressed this many times. I urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Monroeville Kia to look elsewhere. Do not waste your money on this brand. You will have a warranty, but it is no good if they cannot find the issue or do not care to find the issue or if they will solely rely on the computer, which may also be defected. It is no good if you do not feel safe in your car. I purchased my car brand new so that I could drive and take weekend trips without worry, but I am not sure if my car will make get me to and from work. This is the last Kia that I will purchase. I am going back to Chevy. Hopefully, I can trick someone into buying this over priced power wheel.

Bought a 2015 Kia Optima hybrid with a few hundred miles on the car. The sales lady told me that it was used to go back and forth by the sales associates . Within a few months my car broke down . Had it towed to Kia and they took three days to call me and let me know what was wrong with it . They said I needed a new transmission but it's covered under the warranty . I called to speak to the sales manager tom who from the beginning was very rude and cocky . I told him they should not sell a brand new car without checking it first . I bought that car not thinking it would break down after a few months . He said to me well our sales people wouldn't know that. No they wouldn't. But performance Kia should not be selling vehicles that are no good . Horrible vehicles and horrible customer service .

I purchased a KIA Exclaim used at the end of July 2016. The salesman I had was Ed Moore. I had called other places and was unhappy with their responses. He was easy to work with and tries to make sure you are a pleased customer. He appears to be very genuine and easy going in the way he conducted his self during my puchase. He has contacted me since the purchase to check and see if things are still going okay. I am about to take the car back to Murray Kia for my first maintenance visit. I hope there aren't any problems in their service department. I met the manager there at the time of my purchase however, they have a new service manager now.
I will definitely check in with Mr. Moore when my appointment is scheduled hopefully, ( which I am going to try to schedule online) he will be working that day.
I referred a friend to see if he could help her find a car.,everyone's situation is different .
So would I recommend Kia Murray to someone if they inquired about my car and my experience at this dealer, the answer is yes, and I would refer them to Ed Moore . My opinion of the dealership experience is based on my experience with Mr. Moore, others who I met were pleasant but, it is really the sales person that seals the deal. I hope the exchange he and I had will continue since cars don't last forever and if I purchased another Kia I would hope he is still there to handle my future purchase.
I have read some poor reviews, as well as good ones on this site, I can only hope my experience continues to be pleasant and the service continues to reflect what I have been told that Kia expects from its dealerships and its employees.
I am now going to schedule my service appointment.

Mike Alton sold me a Kia Optima this past weekend(12/17/16)....he was very helpful and didn't apply a lot of pressure. I felt he was selling me what I needed instead of what he wanted to sell me. My wife bought a KIA Sorento in 2012 and we are very happy with it and she loves the service dept and the fact that they have desks, wifi and comforts while she waits.

Worst service and customer service experience ever. - Tom
We took our E-450 with 57k miles in for service. Two days after getting it back it started billowing black smoke. After the second trip to the dealer our bills totaled we $9318.37 for repairs. We paid in full each time before we left the dealership. We are a tax exempt organization with our exemption certificate on file with the dealership.
We noticed after we left were charged $220.68 in sales tax. After phoning the service manager about the problem he agreed it was fully their error. Even though it was fully there error he stated we would we would have to wait 4 to 6 week to get our money back.
Follow up phone calls chasing our money get us the run around with no return phone calls.
Last service there for us!!! My next call is to Ford Motor Company direct.
