Worth the trip!! - KiaGirl2016
My husband and I went to Kia of Coatesville on a whim just to see what, if anything, could be done to help us get another car.
Sharif greeted us with a smile and was ready for us. Sharif took the time to explain things to us as far as how to improve our credit. He was always insisting that we could reach out to him if we had more questions later on.
The process of buying a car is long and I was feeling defeated. I was feeling like things aren't going to work out for us, but Sharif kept making sure that we were okay by asking are we okay and saying things will work out for us.
And they did!! We ended up in a 2016 Kia Optima in a sangria color!! Sharif went above and beyond his duty to help us and everything he did was greatly appreciated.
We will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle and Sharif will be the man to see!
2011 EVO - Ryan
I recently purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Evolution off on Bill Brunner. From the get go.. he could tell I was very excited about the car and he seemed excited for me as well. He gave me a very good look at the car and even provided all of the previous owner's paperwork on all of the maitence. He insured me that the vehicle was kept in very good condition and I fully believe him. The dealership as a whole was great overall. Paperwork was a breeze with Mike Webster, who made everything very easy. Afterwards Bill stayed with me and helped me move over my personal stuff from my last car to this one. He is a very good sales person and a good guy overall. I will definitely be buying more vehicles from him and Baierl.

I had a great experience! Robert Smith made sure my interests were accommodated. No high pressure sales; rather, we took a look at a few options and he let me guide the process.
Love our Optima - Joey & Marissa
Chris and Cory are the best! Test drove a few cars ultimately the Kia Optima ex won us over. Chris and Cory got a great deal on the car and were willing to work with us when other dealers wouldn't budge on their sticker price. Chris is a great guy and a pleasure to work with!

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for my sales woman Christine Stauffer! This is my second purchase with her and the amazing team at Brown Daub Kia! This team definitely delivers excellent customer service. What I thought was impossible they made it happen with ease. I'm a proud owner of a 2016 Kia Fotre 5 and I'm in love!! Thank you all!!

Savage Kia has gone above and beyond for me. I have had some car trouble in the past and was offered a fresh start here. All staff remembers made me feel at home, like I had known them for years. There is no other place I would start my car journey but here.
New 2017 Black Cherry Sportage - JenG

Our sales consultant was absolutely wonderful to work with & my husband & i are extremely happy with our purchase & the attention we received here. Superb Buying Experience - donny33
The entire staff was outstanding! My wife and I were thrilled with the price we paid for out certified GMC Yukon XL. Jeff Wasco, Carl Rollins, and Ryan Bruch treated my family like their own. We cannot say enough positive remarks in regards to Abeloff Kia. Thank you so much and you have gained a family of customers for years to come!
Pleasant experience - ckraucun
Compared to other dealers, I had a very pleasant experience calling ahead, test driving the car with Kofi, and preliminary price negotiations. I ended up choosing another car, but would recommend people to see Kofi if interested in a Kia.
Awesome car buying experience with Fred Benson - Lovemypouch
I recently went to performance Kia to look at new Kia's. Not really ready to commit but after working with Fred I left with a new Kia. He made me feel like so comfortable and he showed me everything about the car I would never buy from anyone else. Fred Benson is one heck of a person and salesman
Great service - Happy
I took my car for the first oil change and at that time they told me the car had a recall, they explained the recall did all the work and I was on my way in no time.
A Great Car Buying Experience! - No eating in Zoey's Mom's New Kia
I arrived with my granddaughter at Value Kia on Saturday, July 16, 2016. I had been through the new car buying experience twice before so I knew what to expect. Diane the sale associate assigned to me was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She worked with us to get us into the car we wanted for the terms we requested and it seemed that despite the fact that dealership was packed that day, everyone was working on our sale. I had my insurance documents sent to the dealership and every aspect of the transaction was handled by Diane who literally never left our side until the sale was complete and we were driving of the lot-all smiles!
Overall, a great car buying experience-would recommend Value Kia to anyone looking to purchase a quality car at an affordable price!
22500 mile service warranty - Star
Thank you Jason Hempel (service advisor) for your friendliness and help. Branden for quality work and Carrie Mitchell for helping me find where I was pose to go. I went to Smail based on the reviews on google and their prices are the cheapest around. Thank you again, Dustin 2013 Kia Optima
Horrible - Kp
Bought a 2015 Kia Optima hybrid with a few hundred miles on the car. The sales lady told me that it was used to go back and forth by the sales associates . Within a few months my car broke down . Had it towed to Kia and they took three days to call me and let me know what was wrong with it . They said I needed a new transmission but it's covered under the warranty . I called to speak to the sales manager tom who from the beginning was very rude and cocky . I told him they should not sell a brand new car without checking it first . I bought that car not thinking it would break down after a few months . He said to me well our sales people wouldn't know that. No they wouldn't. But performance Kia should not be selling vehicles that are no good . Horrible vehicles and horrible customer service .
Don't waste your money. Junk Cars - Kiaregrets
I have owned Kia Soul since Jan 2014. The car is already falling apart. When I purchased my car in 2014, the car was brand new. I thought that I traded in my 14 year old car to have a worry free life for at least 5 years. Unfortunately, that is not the case. My car is a piece of junk. I never know if it is going to start or if it is going to accelerate. Unfortunately, no one cares to find out what the issue is at the dealer. I have expressed my concern for my personal safety numerous times and it has appeared to fall on deaf ears. My lights go out intermittently. My car may or may not start. The car accelerates and slows down with little or no warning. Since they cannot find the issue with the computer, they do not want to investigate my issue. I honestly do not know what mechanics would have done before computers obviously Kia doesn't either. My service adviser appears to have an attitude and is not personable. It seems like he gets pissed when asked to do anything related to his job. He often comes off as nasty on the phone and annoyed. I have extensive warranties and fear that my car is not being properly investigated because I do not have to pay for service. I am not sure. Either way, my car is not safe to drive. I do not feel safe when driving it. I have expressed this many times. I urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Monroeville Kia to look elsewhere. Do not waste your money on this brand. You will have a warranty, but it is no good if they cannot find the issue or do not care to find the issue or if they will solely rely on the computer, which may also be defected. It is no good if you do not feel safe in your car. I purchased my car brand new so that I could drive and take weekend trips without worry, but I am not sure if my car will make get me to and from work. This is the last Kia that I will purchase. I am going back to Chevy. Hopefully, I can trick someone into buying this over priced power wheel.
What great people! - Proud Soul Owners
We bought a 2016 Kia Soul from Nicole Velez, who went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted and even more! She was so helpful, patient and spent so much time going over everything on our new vehicle! She even programed her phone number into the vehicle to call her if we have any questions or concerns!
Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful and thanked us for buying our vehicle from them. We cannot say enough about how great we were treated by everyone that we dealt with.
Nicole is definitely an asset to the dealership! If you need a car and don't want to be pressured, come here! And, ask for Nicole!
And you can't beat free car washes (no limit either!) and also free inspections as long as you own the vehicle!
It was an overall wonderful experience!
a new Sedona, then a new to me Fusion - frausrs
Pete sold me a 2012 Sedona in the summer of 2011 since I had to move my musician daughter to Baton Rouge, LA. I couldn't see how we'd transport her instrument, computer, etc. in a U-Haul! Pete was great, as I knew he'd be. After all, we had patronized Schlenker Motors since 1980. The van was also great--I didn't need brakes at all in the three years I owned it and I put 56K miles on it! I loved that I could remove two seats and fold two more down.
This fall I decided I wanted a car, so, of course, I turned to Pete. When I’d told him I wanted a Fusion, he not only found me a wonderful pre-owned one with only 9K miles, he handled my purchase efficiently, in a friendly manner, and gave me a great trade-in price. I recommend Pete Schlenker to anyone looking for a personalized experience in car shopping.
Great customer service - Happy customer
I just read customer x's review on her sales person. I actually got my new Sorento from Gateway Kia and everyone was great. It sounds to me that customer X has some credit problems. If you pay your bills on time there is no need to send paperwork back and forth and wait for phone calls to see if you are approved. When you pay your bills on time you walk in and pick out the car you want sign the paperwork and leave. What is really sad is that you probably just got this poor sales person in trouble because you don't pay your bills. I loved dealing with Gateway Kia they always take care of me and yes I have used there service dept also and Don is the best. It's sad that just because you don't pay your bills you can sit behind your computer and bash the place.
Purchased a used car. - Elmer
I had the best experience in purchasing a vehicle from the Kelly Group. Joyce answered al of my questions and made this a pleasurable experience!
They took care of me like family - Lauren DiSanto
I was quite surprised to see a few negative reviews about this place because of how well everyone at Murray Kia took care of me. I bought my first car from them back in 2012 and when I needed to trade that car in a few months ago, I went right back to the same salesperson, Rick Megay, who had taken such great care of me before. In the car industry there are a lot of places that will try to take advantage of you, and being a single mom, I knew I had to go to someone I could trust. I was looking at purchasing something new, but it wasn't quite working with my budget. Rather than pushing me to stretch my budget, the whole team got together, Shaun, Rick, Tony, and a few more whose names escape me, to put me into a beautiful low-mileage fully certified lease return that was an absolute perfect fit for me, all the options I wanted (and more) and well within my budget. In purchasing any vehicle, there can be some things that aren't exactly perfect. Unfortunately, my navigation was having some glitches. There's no way they could have picked it up when it went through the shop because 9 times out of 10 it worked perfectly fine, but once in a while, there would be a glitch with the signal. I took some photos when it happened so I could show them what was going on. What was the response I got? Shaun said, "Let us fix it right the first time." And they sure did. They gave me a beautiful loaner vehicle to drive while they replaced the antenna in my vehicle. Keenan from the service department was fantastic. He was so friendly and kept me up informed every step of the process. I now have my vehicle back, with a perfectly functioning navigation system. I am so happy. They really took good care of me, yet again and Rick really make me feel like family when I walk through the door. I have since moved up to the Poconos, but I will always take the drive to Murray and buy my vehicles from Rick. They are truly wonderful there.
A Matter of Trust - PAKIA2014
I drive 20 miles to bring my Kia vehicle to Lehighton because I trust that their service would keep my vehicle in perfect driving condition. Every time I go there to have my vehicle serviced, I go over the multi-point inspection list afterward to make sure everything was checked. I put my trust on those check marks. On January 5, the temperature had dipped to the single digits and I noticed my Tire Pressure Monitoring System was permanently lit. I called Kia Lehighton and the person I talked to already knew what I was calling about. Apparently, I was not the first customer to call that day. " Are you calling about the horse shoe with an exclamation point inside?" she asked. Anyway, she assured me that the problem would go away after I have driven my vehicle a few miles. She told me that I could go to the dealership but I felt no need to drive 20 miles just to take care of under-inflated tires.
I went to a gas station to take care of the problem myself. When I got there I found out that I couldn't open the cap of the tire valve, even when I tried to use a pair of pliers. I called up Kia Lehighton again and asked to talk to a service advisor. He told me to just do it gently so that the cap will not break. I went home and took out my WD-40 and wrench to gently remove the tire valve cap. When I finally got them off, I noticed that all four tire valves were covered in a white powder, which suggests that they have not been opened for quite some time. It has not been a month since my last service and when I checked my receipt, the "check tires/measure tire thread depth" was indeed checked. This did not agree with the powdery deposit in my tire valve.
A year ago, I agreed to put nitrogen in my tires. I paid for that service because their flyer said " with nitrogen it can take six months to lose 1.5 psi." Since I have my car serviced about 3 times a year, I didn't have to worry about low tire pressure anymore. That is, if the dealership actually did the multi-point injection.
I went back to the gas station to pump air into my tires. The air pump had a digital display that shows the initial pressure in the tire and stops automatically when the set pressure is reached. All my tires registered an initial pressure of 30 psi. My recommended tire pressure is 33 psi. If my tires lose 1.5 psi every 6 months, then it is safe to assume that my tires were not checked during my last service. Perhaps they were not checked after I put nitrogen in my tires a year ago.
Great people - Danamarie
I have bought my last 4 cars here & referred 3 people.. Always took the time to do & fix what needed to be done. Just walk right in to get an oil change
Dishonest and disrespectful - Drziggypop
Ryan Kelly treated my parents in an unprofessional manner while their car was in the shop last month. They were visiting family over Christmas when their 2003 Kia Sorento broke down and needed major repairs, preventing them from enjoying the rest of their trip and ruining their plans to spend New Years in New York City. The repairs were not complete at the promised time, and this was not communicated to them until they came to pick it up. They had no choice but to get a rental car and drive back to Virginia to get back to work. Ryan Kelly promised that the dealership would cover the cost of the rental car including insurance, and also promised to meet halfway in Maryland when the repairs were complete. On the day this was supposed to happen, my father was told he would have to come all the way to the dealership and would not be met halfway. When my parents were able to return to Harrisburg to pick up their vehicle, the battery was dead, and the staff gave them a hard time about replacing it. The service department also tried to charge them for the rental car. Eventually Ryan agreed to cover the rental, but did not cover the cost of insurance, so he did not keep his word. He proceeded to disrespect my parents in an awful manner. He admitted that he lied about covering the rental expenses and suggested they be grateful he ended up covering part of it. He also admitted to lying about meeting halfway to return the vehicle, saying "Yeah, I lied. I'm getting sick of dealing with you people acting like we owe you something. It's not like you have a BMW, you just have a 2003 Sorento; you should be grateful that we've done anything for you." Needless to say, my parents were very insulted. On top of that, they discovered the cruise control is no longer functioning. They were treated very rudely when they called the shop about this. This was a very stressful and costly ordeal for my parents, and it ruined their short, modest vacation. They were living of suitcases in a La Quinta for a whole week being jerked around by your service department and couldn't even take the vehicle home with them. And to top it all off, Ryan had to personally insult my Dad because of the car he drives and acted like dishonesty and disrespect are what customers like my parents deserve.
Service department is deceptive and misleading - Audrey28
I will never deal with this dealership again. I first visited McCafferty after trying to figure out the cause of a noise my Kia Sorento had been making for two years. Due to my work schedule I had to borrow my moms car and have my car at McCafferty all day to have it assessed. Needless to say they were unable to figure out or even hear the noise. A few days after my car was at McCafferty my husband noticed my car was leaking oil. We called and I had to make a second appointment to take it out a drive with a technician for the noise and so they could look at the oil issue. An appointment was set for Tuesday the 5th, Marco was the tech who went out and sure enough he could hear the noise and to my elation a few hours later I got the call from John, the Service Advisor that it was a bad motor mount and the oil issue was some sort of seal and was an expensive and lengthy repair cost $800+ and taking about 5 hours. Both repairs weren't covered even though it is part of the driver train which KIA gives 100,000 miles or 10 years, my car has a little over 60K and is five years old as it is a 2011. However since I am the second owner purchasing it used in 2012 it isn't covered either. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty to cover other items that also cover the driver train, but I have a deductible of $100.00. John states that he is going to speak with his District Manager for Kia and see if he can get these both approved under Kia's warranty. John comes back and states that "she" will cover the motor mount but not the oil which mind you I believed they caused in the first place. John tells me it is just something that goes, now this would normally be covered by Kia under the power train for all 1st owners which if they just "go" at 60K miles that is certainly costly for Kia since they cover to 100K!! I don't argue and give him the phone number for my extended warranty company so he can get the repair approved. I tell him I am driving to OBX almost 400 miles on Saturday and I want at least the oil leak repaired before then. He says its ok to drive but understands my concern. After speaking with the warranty company John informs me that they will cover the repair but I have to pay the $100.00 deductible, I agree. He then states that he had gotten me a rental car for two days in case a second day is needed and for my inconvenience to "help me out". I am thankful thinking at the time that McCafferty is picking up the tab for this. Yesterday I drop my car off to be serviced and find that my warranty is paying for the rental car. Then my next bit of drama begins as the rental people are telling me that because I have Progressive Insurance I need to purchase their insurance which is $12.95 per day (imagine that - $388.50 for a typical 30 day month, they sure are raking it in!!!) I call Progressive and while on speaker phone they inform me that I full coverage and am 100% covered and responsible for the vehicle while in use, rentals are covered I am covered driving any car at all. This is not good enough for Auto Rent and Barbara shows me a fax of the policy line item that is dated from 2004!!! I bring this to her attention and she states that they have had many issues with Progressive when people are in accidents over the years and with payment. For the record my husband had and I have been customer of Progressive for over 13 years and have both had an accident where we were at fault and had no issue nor did the other party in getting payment or any repairs needed. Becuase I am being charge $12.95 a day, I then visit John since it is 8:30am and ask him to complete the 5 hour repair by 6:30pm when they close so I can get my car back that day and not have to pay for two days. He states he isn't sure he can get both repairs done today. I say to John "No you are just repairing the oil as the motor mount is on order". He then tells me he had it overnighted so he can get it done for me while I have the rental. Now why when he checked me in he never mentioned this I could not tell you. In any case I state that you 10 hours I think you can get both done. He then tells me that he doesn't know when the parts will arrive so he can't make promises. I don't hear from him at all that day and at 4:30 in the afternoon I call him to check the progress and he tells me they aren't done with the car and need to keep it. Last night I review my policy and see that non owned vehicles are included as being covered. I call Progressive again and they again state that 100% covered and no other company would be responsible that is how the industry works. Barbara still insists Progressive would be secondary and at best would pay for their deductible, but relents to not charging me the $12.95 for two days. I hear nothing all day and again around 4:30pm I ask my husband to call for me and check on the car as I am sick of dealing with this place. My husband tells me that the car is done and ready to be picked up. I drive to get the car that evening and I end up having to call to give payment over the phone since I am not going to make it there by 6:30 due to a blinding rain storm and awful traffic. I give my credit card over the phone to pay the $100.00 deducible which they are charging $106.00 for because of sales tax (even though sales tax is not applicable on deductible - look it up). I turn in the rental without incident at 6:45pm and I am given my Key and receipt to get my car. I get in my car and look at the receipt and I am charged $879.30 and then refunded $773.30. I look at my online banking phone app and sure enough they charged the full amount of the repair and that came out of my account. I am still waiting on the refund. I go over the sales office to speak with someone and they state they are getting me Jerry, the manager. After waiting for 20 minutes a sales manager, not Jerry comes over states he's sorry there is nothing he can do. So now because I used my checking account card I am without $773.00 of my vacation money until my bank processes their return for their mistake. And I am waiting on a return of $6.00 for sales tax charged in error. Although with my experience with this dealership I wonder if it is an error or if they do this all the time and keep the difference. Dealerships can be difficult to work with at times and sales people can be misleading, but this place takes the cake. I will NEVER set foot in here again and would never recommend this place to anyone. John lied about having a Kia DM too, there is no district manager as when I asked for her number he stated that he just calls Kia Care (corp) in CA and talks to whomever can help them. If you go to this dealership for service be warned customer service is lacking and deception is what they practice. GOOD LUCK!!!
