Worst Buying Experience Ever! - Michael Hart

Worst Buying Experience Ever!!! Vehicle was filthy and wasn't even taken through the shop for a thorough inspection. I spent two hours waiting for these guys to get my deal closed and even after walking around the vehicle with the sales guy.......he never once offered to have the vehicle taken to the wash bay or recon department. Nothing. Of course after the sale, they offered to send me a little something to help with the cost of having the vehicle cleaned up. A $25.00 freakin' gift card! I purchased an extended warranty but decided to cancel it after two months. I hounded these SOBs for two straight weeks to get that warranty canceled to no avail. I ended up canceling it myself. Poor customer relations, poor communications and very poor follow-up with regards to my concerns. Arrogance, entitlement and laziness to be in full supply at Bean's of Exton. Never, ever again!

So i go to their website and i find a truck i'm interested in, my fiance and i get up saturday morning and we go to look at this truck. well i pull in and no truck in sight so i go in and ask about the truck and i'm told it's in the shop getting fender well flares put on i told them i'm buying a truck today no matter what. Now you'd think that a call would have been made to the garage to see if it's done yet but no he said sorry... so anyways let's lose a sale because i'm too lazy to call the mechanic or billy bob down the street whatever.. I guess my point is don't go in expecting any effort on their part what a xxx joke.. Never again... Losers

Very helpful , polite , knows the answers , and is an example what a car salesmen should be . Enterprise has a great program . Between the Price , Quality , Mileage , Enterprise is terrific . Car dealers should be like Enterprise ! I've had conversation with people that NOW are very interested next time they go for a car to go to Enterprise for there next car !

Just bought a 2010 Corvette Grand Sport. Wasn't real sure about doing business online because of so many scams. I have purchased many cars over the years all over the country and I have never been treated better than here. Ryan was my salesman and finally a young man who communicates well. Called or texted, kept me up to date on the whole transaction. I decided to fly up from Florida because I'm impatient and a little nervous as I've had bad experiences with inaccurate descriptions on cars in the past. This was an exception, the car exceeded my expectation and was cleaner and nicer in person than the pics or video showed. Every single person at the dealership was great and willing to do anything to help. Drove the car home to Fl, 15hrs. Not a hitch, couldn't have asked for a nicer car or a more pleasant buying experience. Can't say enough good about the dealership or the people there.

Completely disrespectful and inept. They actually told me that they couldn't find the problem, and that I would just have to drive unt something else went bad and bring my car back at that time. Just bought a brand new battery because the one that was in it when I bought the car went bad after 9 months. The guy at the service desk said that my problem could be due to buying an after market remote. Everything on the car is just as it was when I purchased the car. The radiator rusted through after only 8 months or so. Continuous engine problems since I bought the car! Every few months the check engine light comes on and I have to drive it back in. Had to have it towed there once. I've my Chrysler 300. It would be even better if I don't have a $427 car payment and hundreds and hundreds of dollars to waste in repairs every few months. You guys are robbing my family with this scheme.This car stranded .e and my traveling children! So blatantly disrespectful. I spent thousands on a warranty that you just smirk and say we'll this or that isn't covered. I gave you guys chance after chance, but you are unapologetically scamming people! Enough is enough. I PROMISE to see to it that all involved in this scheme are exposed, removed and or replaced! Nothing is remotely funny! Strange how the operation looks and sounds like a circus though. I know the right organization(s) to call to for you to get your business on track or get out of business! I get it. We'll treat you however we want; you need us! Needed a new vehicle, Looked at a few websites and decided to just drive by and che0ck Mease Motors out. They had the perfect truck that I was looking for at a great price. The staff was very easy to work with and took care of every concern that I had. The few minor issues the truck had were fixed without question. Mease was the best and most pain free car buying experience I've ever had. If I stay within a driving distance of them, I will look with them for my next vehicle long before I look anywhere else.

These people lie and say whatever to make a deal. The gas light was on when I test drove and bought the car. They claimed someone else was coming to buy the car so I needed to put a deposit down that day if I wanted it. They said I needed to go through them for financing, Wich come to find out I didn't. They told me if I ever need to push my payment date by a day or two that would be fine just call or text. Well I needed to push it back by one day and they said I couldn't. That because I have monthly payments it won't let them change the date. And the only reason I was able to do it once before was because a manager approved it, but conviently she wasn't in. They have me as leasing the car instead of buying. My numbers are all wrong on the paperwork and the woman who did it seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. Never would I recommend this place.
