Jim Rodriguez made the process of buying my truck easy and painless. There wasn't any back and forth to a manager, or hidden numbers. In fact I think he only had to the manager only twice and I think that was ay my request. Jim and I talked quite a lot, during the test drive, before negotiations and after. He took the time to explain how a few things work that I had misunderstood for years. He never talked down to me, he talked to me like a friend. I'd recommend him to anyone that needs a vehicle. The finance manager Pedro Lopez was just as nice and helpful as Jim. We talked like friends and I made too many corny dad jokes. Pedro was kind enough to let me think they were funny. I was done in no time and I left well before either of them were scheduled to be off for the day. They didn't rush, they were just that good. I can't say enough about how good of an experience it was to buy a new truck, something that I'd normally dread. My exact words to both of them was, "Usually buying a new vehicle is more painful than having a leg amputated...something I know a little about ." They looked confused until I showed them my artificial leg. If I ever need to buy another new truck, I'm heading back to see them.

The sales part was great. Can’t understand why the 5 upfitter aux switches don’t come connected to the truck and 3 hours of labor is required to install. Not all of the installation kit was included and required a special order for a cable needed to hook them up. The Sierra HD Ultimate should have all options!
