I just want to give a huge shoutout to James Wood for saving me from getting scammed! I took my car with only 5,000 miles on it to a local shop for a simple oil change. They told me I needed a new battery and possibly a starter. That didn’t sit right with me. Even though James Wood is a 30 minute drive, I knew it was worth it. I called them, took my car in, and guess what? After a full check-up, they told me nothing was wrong with my car! 🙌 I’m SO glad I trusted my instincts and went to the dealership, especially since my car is still under warranty. I was being lazy, and that almost cost me $300 I didn’t need to spend. From now on, James Wood is where I’m going even for oil changes. THANK YOU again for being honest and looking out for your customers!

My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here.
