My tire light went on and after asking my car to display the Tire PSI, I realized I needed to get into my favorite BMW service center, and fast... I pulled right into the beautiful BMW of South Austin Service Drive, and Maddox greeted me with a warm genuine smile that immediately put me at ease. It might seem like a small thing, but it really set the tone for the entire experience—friendly, professional, and incredibly smooth. Then came the real star of the show: my service advisor VINNY O'Flaherty. Basically Clark Kent in disguise—glasses and all. Calm, confident, and sharp as a tack, he handled my tire replacement with superhero efficiency. He kept me informed the entire time, and before I could even get comfortable, my car was ready to roll. Tire replaced in record time. No hassle. No waiting around. Just exceptional service from a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. This was hands-down the best service experience I've had. He has a definite love for the cars demonstrated by the numerous Volkswagens that he himself has bought, restored and modified. His knowledge of VW is what draws the customer in because you realize that he knows what he is talking about. John knows how to put the customer at ease. Being a family man and father, John also understands that sometimes you must drag you kids into the dealership with you. He is honest and forthright. He helped us with the purchase of our Atlas and has become our trusted advisor in all thing VW. He is someone we go to and trust long after the purchase. We call him with questions before calling the service department. John has even gone out of his way to discuss a maintenance issue with our son who is away at college. Excellent service from Roman and Kevan, the Sales Manager. This is the 2nd Mini I have bought from Autobahn Ft. Worth. This was the new Countryman and Roman knew the car and features inside out and was able to answer all questions. This is a nice, clean and very friendly dealership and Roman/Kevan made it very easy. Roman also has great follow-up - he and Kevan did everything that they said they would. Excellent experience!
