While waiting, I watched as she interacted with each customer that came to her counter & her personality was just superb the way she handled each & every one. I bought my Jetta from Casey and have taken it in for inspections and service ever since. Mike is very knowledgeable. They do a throrough inspection. After they inspect the car they wash and clean it at no extra charge. Most of the time my car does not need any thing done on it.

I got my car inspected at bmw and I went to pick up my car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact staff to provide my keys. I am rarely a difficult customer But when I am I appreciate workers like Lucious who have the ability to provide solutions when dealing with a difficult problems. & not like other judge mental staff who look the other way when they can assist! Again I Thank you 😊 for all you do! And thank you will Fernandez as well !

Dillon did a great job during and after our purchase!! Definitely a good man! We purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass and not 2 weeks later had an issue with it. Not only did Dillon get us into service the very next day (earliest appt was Nov 1st) but they also took care of repairs and got us a loaner car!!! If you come to checkered flag hyundai in VA Beach, come see him!! He's good peoples!

I would like to compliment Rene Palonca for his professional courtesy and care shown to me these past 2 days while they worked on a leak to my power steering line. Rene showed so much care and compassion, that it was over whelming. He came to the lounge and checked on me many times and then went over the cost estimate before they began the work. He was just awesome. He is the main reason I continue to use Checkered Flag to service my car. I also compliment Bryan Parks, Valet, for the care he showed to me when I first pulled into the garage. You all should be very proud of Rene and Bryan.

I've owned VWs, Audis, and Volvos. You'd expect the experience at the Audi and Volvo dealerships to be "better" than at VW but you haven't been to Checkered Flag. Krystl Stern and the other service writers are absolutely the best in the Hampton Roads area. I love the fact that they verify that you know the cost before they start the repairs. I'm always treated with respect and have never felt like I'm being taken advantage of. Highly recommend Checkered Flag VW.

I had been trying to find an item that was allegedly only available through a Jeep service department but my local dealer seemed to be clueless. I was referred to Dale from a Jeep group and he came through. He was able to get the item when no one else could and shipped it out to me quickly! I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Dale!

Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Have only had one interaction with the service dept., & was really delighted that Corey was able to solve an ongoing problem I had since I bought the car in April. Several of the sales people tried to help me originally; but, the problem required someone with real technical knowledge. It took several attempts to rectify the issue; but, it was finally resolved!! Now, I can use the car features which I couldn’t access before. The other service people were very kind & attempted to help as well. Hopefully, all my future dealings with service issues will be handled just as carefully & as pleasantly as this one was. I really appreciated all the effort that everyone put int to resolve the problem I was having. Thanks for the great help!!!!
