Trustworthy and Honest Mechanic! - krealtyk

Being a female it is very hard to find a mechanic I could trust. I have been going to this shop since 2003 when I needed new brake pads for my BMW, I went to three different places that quoted $3,000-3,500. A friend told me to check with H at Northern Virginia Imports, who replaced all four brake pad for a fraction of the original quotes. I've never taken any of my cars to anyone else but Northern Virginia Imports since. I feel blessed to have found such great mechanic and honest mechanic. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and fairly.

Spent $18,000 on a 11 year old car (first time purchaser, inexperienced) and after 12 months I've put at least another $3,500 into it and still I have endless problems. Fix one thing an something else breaks. Free Bridge salesmen will tell you bring it in and they will fix it no charge. Just to give you an extensive bill once you actually deal with the service center. Owner called me about bad google review and proceeded to berate and insult me for not wanting them to work on my vehicle. All in all I've paid about $21,000 for a car that lasted around 13,000 miles before it became a constant source of stress.

Do not buy a car here. They put temporary band-aids on problems so you do not see them until the warranty expires. After that, they will do everything to avoid your communication and will not work with you at all.

Hands down best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Awesome customer service best pricing and once again best customer service. We were unable to test drive the vehicle on the highway but still loved it. Took it on a trip and had a slight vibration from the rear. We called Mike no questions asked he told us to bring it in. He had the tires rotated balanced and emmisions done free of charge and gave my wife a loaner car for the day. She picked it up and the problem was still there but was not as bad. Mike took the car back and out all new tires on it. Who does that? Car Expo. Highly recommend them to anyone and will definetly go there first if I am in the market for another vehicle.

Bought a Jeep Liberty with a trade in in July 2017. Had to made several trips to get the plates and Jeep ready for me. Kept me waiting and not organized. Put around 3000 mile on the jeep and the engine is shot. Spent over $4300 in replacement engine and labor. Selling lemons not Cars!

I highly recomend this dealership! Just the day before at another dealership I was turned down for financing and had a horrible experience. Almost losing hope I decided to give it one more try and went to guarantee auto maxx. I found the exact year make and model of the car I wanted with over half the mileage less and like new condition. I was approved! Anyone with less than perfect credit give them a try. So happy I did! And do yourself a favor and ask for Eli. He was beyond awesome! Very accomodating without being pushy. Walked in, kind of knew what I was looking for, but was greeted by a very no pressure, friendly salesman, Lindy Hatchett, who walked me through the types of cars and options. We came back later in the day, and Lindy stayed 5 hours beyond the time he was supposed to go home. We drove a few, discussed price with very reasonable and personable staff members, and settled on a price we all could be happy with. it was a very low key, enjoyable experience that we would recommend to anyone!

Omar/ Joey sold me a 2008 Benz, I was told that my loan was a no interest loan and my car will be paid off in 3 years. I just found out after 6 months that was a lie. I have a 5 year loan with interest. They are con artists and I wouldn't recommend no one to buy from this dealership. The Loan officer just told me she was surprise that I purchase the car. I wish she would have said something sooner.
