So today I went in for an oil change and had them shuttle me to and from work. The only thing was there was a miscommunication and was left at work... I called to check if they were on their way and they arranged someone to pick me up ASAP. Life happens, people aren’t perfect and sometimes things like this happen. It could’ve happened at any dealership. When I arrived they were busy but that didn’t stop them from greeting me and assuring me they’ll be with me shortly. After being held up for a while, Susana made up for everything by deciding to cover the charge. I didn’t have to pay😃 these things only happen at excellent dealerships like Nissan. Bad service is simply unacceptable to them! Bravo Nissan, bravo 👏.

Kevin Sampson is worth his weight in gold . Very knowledgeable and helpful, I used to buy cars in the old days from Mel Rabenstein at Blade Chevrolet , he was a great guy and very well liked . Very grateful that Kevin is working for Blades. Been almost 6 month since I purchased my pick up and he is still helpful and caring when needed . Will defiantly send new customers his way . My husband John and I have been doing business with Gillis for over 18 years. Since he passed, I have continued to business with them. From buying a Jeep from Randy Johnson to having all my maintenance work done by Daniel, Aaron and the rest of the crew. Today, I had my car detailed for the first time since buying it in 2018. OMG, I swear I got a new car. Now only did they detail the inside the washed the outside and shuttled me home and then picked me up. I am so impressed and will never go anywhere else ever. I love all the guys and ladies down there, their family like atmosphere, friendly attitudes and always smiling. I truly recommend buying cars, suv's and trucks and having all the maintenance work done at Gillis Auto Center, their #1 in my book!! Thank you all so much!!

John was great to work with. He knew I was on a budget and he was honest with me and told me what could wait until I had more funds and what needed to get done right away. He was also nice enough to help out with what I thought was going to be an expensive fix. I had an area where the seam was coming apart from the back seat and into the front. He was able to mess with it to get it lined back up the way it should be.

I took my Subaru into the Carter Subaru service center for repair. Carter Subaru made a mistake in their initial diagnoses but they owned it and made it right. Finding a repair shop you can trust is becoming more and more difficult to find. Carter Subaru proved to me that not only are they trustworthy but that they value their customers and are concerned about earning their future business. That’s something that I’m not sure you can put a price tag on. Thank you Paul for the genuine concern you showed and your excellent customer service.

This is an updated review. There were some issues initially. However, dealership management reached out to me and we are working to resolve them. My vehicle does need some warranty items repaired, and Dave Smith Nissan is currently working with me to get that taken care of. After the initial hassle and frustration, they have been excellent about reaching out to me and trying to make things right. My initial rating was very low. Their desire to work things out and make things right is impressive! We all have missteps sometimes, but how we respond to them is where we learn about the character of a person or business. These guys have responded very well to me!

Professional, trustworthy, and courteous! The entire staff was very friendly without ever being pushy. We bought a used car from Eduardo at a fair price and could not be happier! Our new car is amazing! We drove it home from Kirkland to Wenatchee and didn't experience a single issue. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership!

Had my Elantra in for service and was getting a noise. Nate greeted me right away and I felt like he really cared about what was going on with my car. He had a technician ride with me to hear the noise and they got it fixed right away. They even washed and vacuumed the car when it was all done!!! Best Service Experience I've had!

Great Customer service. This gal named Jessica Wiley in the service department was so nice and helpful to me when I brought my Impreza in for a small window repair. She took my car in right away and put me into a nice Crosstrek loaner car. Not too long after that I came back in with my brother and financed a new Subaru Crosstrek and trade my Impreza in. Got a great low interest rate on my new car and super friendly helpful staff.
