Everybody is always pleasant to work with. I will say, though, the last couple times I have been there my oil monitor on the vehicle has not been reset, and I don’t think the tire pressures were checked on and adjusted. When the tires were rotated. Two times ago I didn’t realize it untill after I had left so I made sure I checked this time, and had them take care of the issues before I left. I know at stew hanson’s where I used to go in Des Moines they had always included a 24 point checklist type deal. Perhaps something y’all could implement for the future. Be a handy communication tool between the service tech and the Customer..

I had a positive experience at Umansky Toyota on Silver Spring on Saturday, August 9th, 2025. Coley Kunz, in the service dept was outstanding. She was so friendly, and, extremely knowledgeable about Toyota cars. Coley explained my inspection in detail. She gave me good information about replacing my tires in the future. Coley would text me while my inspection was taking place, she would let me know when it was going to be completed. Kept me in the "loop" while I sat in the customer waiting room. Thanx Coley for your superb service!

Service has been great but last oil change took 2:15 which is way too long for a 20 min oil change. Appt was at 10 am and finally left at 12:10 pm. This is 2nd time it has taken this long. Normally, it's about an hour.

My only concern was when my service appt was scheduled, I mentioned that I needed a contracted oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor on the day of service was unaware. They thought I only needed an oil change.

I added an obscure service request to my planned services (there was a tapping noise that I couldn’t identify) and said if they didn’t have time or couldn’t find it that was okay. By 1 that afternoon, they had installed several major software updates, changed my oil, and even fixed the noise!!! I was SO happy to pick my Nautilus up that afternoon. The Lincoln experience continues to impress. The experience is one thing, Gordie Boucher makes it memorable. I’m one grateful owner!
