I had a problem with my truck not having any power at all. I could not charge the battery but I didn't try to jump it with cables. I had to call the wrecker service to have my truck delivered to Marianna Chevrolet which was very thankful. They resolved the problem and run a diagnostic on the vehicle to find out if there were any problems that existed. I was very satisfied with all the service that they gave me.

Two days after my purchase, I am still beaming ear-to-ear with joy for my 2025 Equinox RS-EV. I have dreamed for years to have an electric car and that day finally came. This go around totals 4 car purchases from Dimmitt. Five years ago with Eric Ronneberger and this time two vehicles with salesman Christopher Nance. Christopher gave us the utmost attention and really listened to what we knew would be a definite challenge. It was myself and my daughter who came to Christopher both wanting it all, but had some financial setbacks with negativity equity and not the perfect credit scores. Chris and the team, along with Eric now in finance worked their magic and it was a great success leaving there with everything we had hoped for. Christopher's professionalism really shined most at time of delivery. It was him and I an hour after closing with him going over all the details of the vehicle with me. He is very knowledgeable about the electric vehicles, as well as all the technology that comes with purchasing a 2025 vehicle.He was patient and kind despite having to be both tired and hungry. Lol. I say that because this guy never took a break for what took many hours to get the job done for both myself and my daughter- back-to-back. Thank you so much Chris.
