The service advisor Orlando Santiago and service manager Brian Rabeau were great. My abs pump was changed that I supplied. The truck sat for a day without any work being performed on it. Not sure why the dealership schedules appointments. They overbook and the person putting together the schedules is clueless and hard to understand. It seemed like it was a call center in India. The technician that worked on my truck, Mario Cifuentes, did a good job installing the pump. However, there were grease hand prints all around my upper fenders and the master cylinder was overfilled and the cap on wrong. When I went to fix the cap, brake fluid overflowed everywhere making a nice mess. I had to remove the excess fluid. Paying these ridiculous shop rates of $215 per hour, the work should be meticulous and I should not have to work on the vehicle after being worked on by the dealership. Being lazy and sloppy is the reason for a lower rating.

I had an amazing experience at Napleton thanks to Joshua! My warranty company was giving me a hard time, refusing to approve something that was clearly covered. Joshua went above and beyond, contacting them multiple times and making sure everything got straightened out. He genuinely worked to get me what I needed, rather than just brushing it off. His dedication and persistence made all the difference. If you ever need help at Napleton, Joshua is the guy to go to! Highly recommend.

People tell me not to have my service done at the dealership because it will cost you more. I wouldn’t go anywhere but Subaru of Fort Myers. They are kind, consistent, professional and I know I’m getting work done by people who really know Subarus. In addition, I think their customer service is excellent. Let me tell you about my experience today with Jason. I went in to drop off my car to have a tire repaired or replaced. I wasn’t sure which but I got a flat tire the night before. I went online and booked my appointment easily. I got there and Jason said he thought it would need to be repaired but said he’d have someone look at it and if it needed to be replaced he’d let me know the price before they did the work (which is their standard practice). Here’s the part I wasn’t thrilled with…40 minutes later I hadn’t heard anything so I asked Jason and he immediately to check on it. He said my car was next up and he would let me know as soon as he had more information. He could see that I was not pleased…usually I’m in and out within 60-90 minutes, but I had brought my laptop and I was getting plenty of work done. But I had a work call coming up (that I thought id be able to take from home but that wasn’t looking likely). Jason can over a little later to tell me that in fact I did need a new tire. He told me the price and then immediately said that he would only charge me 1/2 of that for the inconvenience they caused. I appreciated the gesture but on top of that he offered me a space where I could take my call from a cubicle in a small. office so that I didn’t have to do it from the service waiting area. To me, that’s stellar customer service. Apparently two technicians went home sick but Jason did not lead with that as any kind of excuse. This is why I will continue to have my cars serviced where I buy them…Subaru of Fort Myers.

We found the service and staff to be above and beyond. We aren't local. We were traveling from Sarasota, Fl to Virginia. Going down the highway all of the sudden, the car slowed down and the check engine light started flashing. We found Hyundai of Orange Park not far off the highway and went in looking for help. It turns out that the dealership was under water trying to catch up after having been down due to a cyber attack on their system. We spoke to the service manager (Sherman Cooper), explained our situation and asked if there was anyway he could get us on our way the same day. He not only got us out the same day, he asked his mechanic to work past closing to get it done. Though we had to wait several hours, it was to be expected due to the overwhelming workload they had. The staff checked on us regularly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks, coffee and water. It was the very best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Our gratitude to Mr. Cooper and his staff. They're amazing.

This review is a follow-up to my first experience with the dealer and subsequent review on February 15th. I returned to the dealer shortly after providing some straightforward feedback about my first service experience, and I was pleased with the responses I got. Denis was pleasant and professional when we spoke in person, seeking to understand the problem. The next day, I received a call from Dan, who sought to understand the issue and ensure I received support to correct it. Before my service appointment, I replaced a blown fuse and noticed all the differences in my sound system. I even got more communication from Jeff (my salesman) to see if he could help with the issue. How Wallace Jeep responded to my concern says a lot about the dealer. I hope every interaction moving forward is as positive as this one. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our new wrangler.

The most helpful and friendliest automotive dealership I have ever delt with. I had an emergency while I was passing thru the Gainesville area when the motor blew on my 2020 Frontier. I managed to get the truck to Gainesville Nissan. They evaluated the problem. It was covered under the warrantee, but it could a very long time if the motor had to be replaced. They offered me a rental. They asked if I would like to see a new Frontier, they were not pushy. The salesperson, Rodrigo, answered all my questions and made me excellent deal with me trading in my old Frontier for a 2024 and had Service add any extras I requested. I consider the people I met there as "friends". They went above and beyond. Thank you, Rodrigo and the Gainesville Nissan staff.
