I had some issues with a software update during my last service, so I took my Silverado back to have the issues investigated. During the service, they noticed that the right front tire had a puncture, so they fixed the puncture, reset all the sensors, fixed the software problem, and refused to charge me for the service. Service at Lake has always been excellent from sales to maintenance. Lake is simply outstanding at everything and this is why I recommend them to other potential customers and I'll always keep going back. They're a great dealership with really superb professionals. Kudos to everyone who works there, but especially the entire service department.
