Do not go to this dealership. I went to the dealership couple years ago and traded in a car for a 2019 Kia Sorento which I loved but was trading it in for something smaller and I went back to the dealership after having the Sorrento for 4 years I traded in 4 2023 Kia Forte and did not realize the extras that were added on like the extended warranties that I did not need but was told I needed and now I am stuck with this car until I get the balance paid down more and I don't like this car there's nothing wrong with it I like the color I like that it's good on gas but it's too small for me and I regret purchasing it I even went back to them a couple weeks ago to see about trading it in and there was nothing naked really do to accommodate me except tell me that I had to put like $9,000 down to get into a newer car I did see another dealership and showed them my paperwork cuz I was interested in a car at that dealership and they said with the amount that I owe is too high so the only thing I could do is keep the car and pay it down some more which is not what I want to do they told me the other dealership took advantage of me and there's nothing that they can do to help me now I am stuck with this smaller car that I do not want I miss having the Sorrento or even the Sportage would be fine but something that has a little more room. I gave this dealership a one-star review because I had to put at least one in or I would have not given them a reading at all I felt pressured to buy this car I told him that I was not be able to afford it I was paying $400 a month on the Sorrento told him I wanted to stay just about the same if not a little bit more I ended up getting a payment of $6003 which is a $200 difference more and my insurance went up some too I said I felt I was pressured and buying this car I told them I can't do that what can you do this no I can't do it I just felt like I was pressured I really was I even called them on my way home and told him that I can't afford it I got to take it back and they said no

Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.

Both of them personally called me after the purchase to see how I liked he car and asked if I had any questions. They were the friendliest salesmen that I have ever had when buying a new car. I will certainly buy another car from Chris (or Ryan) if I ever decide to get another one. I am sure the one I just bought will probably last me for a long time.

Hate car shopping but this dealership made it easy and fast when purchasing my vehicle which was exactly what I wanted. Tom had all paperwork ready before our appointment time and isn't pushy when it comes to the extra packages they try to sell you. Ben was nice and understanding to deal with when purchasing my vehicle and I didn't feel stressed during the whole process. Would definitely buy again from here and hope Ben and Tom are still there. Two awesome employees!

I purchased a new Ram 2500 from Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a few days ago and traded in a 2021 Ram 1500. While I was in with the finance manager the dealership took pictures of my trade without my knowledge. Yesterday morning I looked on their website to see if they had my trade on their website and found that it was, with unobstructed pictures of my license plates. I immediately reached out to the dealership and was informed that they would take them off but it could take up to 24-hours. Today is Saturday at 4:30pm and the dealership is now closed for the day. It has been 2 full days since I notified them and the pictures are still on their website. Since they are closed on Sunday’s it will be several more days before they come off. I point this out because this is irresponsible, unethical and a violation of my privacy. Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 2947 Rte 940, Mount Pocono, PA 18344, does not protect their customers privacy.

This group really impressed me. I was coming from pretty far away and I was worried that it might not be all that I was promised. Really it wasn't... I was a whole lot more. My family and I were treated with the absolute best car buying experience that I have ever had by far! The entire team took time to great us and made sure we were well taken care of while we were in the process. Can't say enough good about them. I traveled over 250 miles to get my Wagoneer and I would do it again if it was to this place!

terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, they said they could get me tires that I had to pay for.. .xxxxxxxx! they screwed them up they should replace them..... I would never buy another vehicle from them. they don't have a diesel tech, I had to go to Shorkey in N Huntington for service...I'm done with these condescending service writers who pretend to know all...never again!

Do not purchase from this dealership. I went to buy a vehicle from this dealership, but the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) listed it as overpriced by nearly $5,100.00. I asked them to come down $ 3,000.00, and they had a story to tell me about how they use different appraisals, other than the Kelly Blue Book, and how my bank isn't in tune with them. They had the nerve to get upset when the bank would authorize them for the amount they were asking. They were difficult to negotiate with and do business with. When I asked them to come down, they only released 497 and claimed it was a military discount. Then I struggled with them to come up with another $ 200.00.
