Just had what I would consider the best car-buying experience in my 35 years of purchasing vehicles with Apple Lease Returns. First off, their inventory is diverse, pristine, and clearly well cared for. Second, the experience was refreshingly pressure-free. Negotiations were fair, straightforward, and handled by true professionals…from Lance Howle, the Sales Manager, all the way up to Randy Cash, the General Manager. The dealership itself is spotless and efficiently run. Everyone there was actively engaged… no one standing around or on their phones. It has that family-run feel where you’re treated like a priority, but it’s clearly a well-established business with serious inventory. I have found a dealership that I will return to again and again for any future car purchases in our family. Thank you Apple Lease Returns!!!

No negotiations needed. I have bought many vehicles from Pursch and fully trust them. I might not get the lowest price every time and don’t care as their service over the life of the vehicles is way more important than haggling over a few dollars when purchasing the vehicles. I plan to continue my relationship!

I needed to take a family member to a doctor appointment so I needed a quick turnaround. Mr. Baker was very gracious and took care of the problem immediately. In less than 45 minutes I was on my way. If I could give 10 stars for exceptional service, I would!
