Rick is a great salesperson and is very helpful, attentive and easy to work with, he answered any questions we had and showed several vehicles until we settled on the one we wanted. The finance person Robert worked to get us the best interest rate he could find for us. If you want a good deal from a great dealership this is the place to buy. They are honest with you from beginning to end in the buying process.

This was easily the most pleasant and comfortable I have ever been at a car dealership. We recently had a miserable experience at another dealership and the whole experience at Southwest Volkswagen was the EXACT OPPOSITE. I always felt like the salesman and finance manager were working with me and not against me. I would recommend our salesman Blake. He was very informative and knew his product so well. The finance manager, Noah, is also a tremendous asset to the organization. The process was easy and relatively quick. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I can not recommend this dealership enough. This will be my only stop for a Volkswagen as long as I live in Texas. It’s worth the drive.
