You can do everything for Jon Galland and you are just a number to him......replaceable, even if you make a mistake because of the UNCOMPINSATED things you do for him, and mistake you may or may not make,....you are "FIRED"! as a previous employee you are nothing more than replaceable, if you work here or want to work here.....DON'T DO anything additional for "FREE", he will abuse you till he fires you...and, it doesn't matter about the customers he effects doing so!!! This is a dangerous place because of Jon Galland!

I can't say enough good things about Reginald "Reggie" Collins—his number one priority was making sure we had an enjoyable experience at Onion Creek Volkswagen. I agreed to sell my Pontiac to Viva Mitsubishi on May 10th. I provided both sets of keys and a clean and clear Pennsylvania title to the salesperson and signed all of the paperwork. No money is owed on the vehicle. On May 12th I was asked to provide my Pennsylvania registration and to pick up a pair of sunglasses I had left in the vehicle. I went right after work and completed that. On May 22nd, I was asked to return to the dealership and sign a request for a duplicate title. I found it odd when I arrived, but was assured it is common practice. Today, June 2nd, I'm told I must call Pennsylvania to provide a title number since there is a discrepancy with CARFAX. The dealership was given the title and my registration in May. Pennsylvania wont change a title number to a vehicle? Maybe there is a CARFAX typo or issue, but i find that hard to believe because the CARFAX shows the title dates accurately for my time owning the vehicle. I haven't been paid the agreed price in nearly a month, but the vehicle has been advertised for sale on the dealerships website since May 16th. Ive filed complaints today with TX DMV and BBB, and will start consulting attorneys. Please avoid trade-ins and selling your vehicles to this place before you read all prior reviews. People have gone over a year without the ability to register purchased vehicles. It seems the management, finance team, and title clerk do not understand title transfers at all. Ive bought and sold over 30 vehicles, this is a first for me.

Seamless Experience and the Perfect Pilot Touring! I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot Touring, and I cannot recommend my salesperson, Kathy Nguyen, highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. From the moment I got in contact with her, Kathy listened intently to my needs. She didn't try to push me into a trim or color I didn't want; instead, she expertly guided me to the exact vehicle that met all my requirements—the Touring model with the key features I wanted, like the panoramic moonroof, Bose premium audio system and towing package, and in the specific Blue Obsidian color I had requested. Her ability to match me with the perfect car was exceptional. When it came to the price, the experience was just as positive. Kathy was transparent and efficient, and the final OTD (Out of the Door) price was highly competitive compared to the offers I received from other local dealers! Giving two stars because they seem competitively priced, (as long as there's no hidden dealer fees I wasn't aware of) and was quick to respond to my inquiry, Sabrina even followed up the next day.. on the other hand, I am 4 hours away.. and have two children. I asked Torrey if he could assist with getting me a ROUND ABOUT figure on my trade..so I could have an IDEA of what my car is worth to that dealership (we all know dealers are different and will give you different numbers) that way I can determine driving 4 hours with 2 kids. and spending money on a hotel for the night... If we were way off on trade, clearly I'm not making the drive, but if were close, id be open to the drive.. But it was REFUSED unless I came in... So if your an OUT OF TOWN buyer, who has a trade.. I would say don't waste your time here!

Nick keeps taking my number and promising a callback that never happens. I only left my first review because they offered free gas — now I regret it. This has truly been the worst experience ever. I was even hung up on today by NICK, so unprofessional.
