Viti Volvo service staff are the best. They always let me know what needs to be repaired with no pressure to fix it immediately. They are proactive with advice about what needs to be done in the future. Again with no pressure. Recently had new tires installed with alignment. Our XC70 drives like a new car now. We also appreciate Seamus White, the Service Manager, keeping us informed about the progress of the repairs. Terrific service.

Beware of Boston Volvo. If I could give a minus rating, I would. Worst customer experience of my entire life. Wish I'd checked out their rathings before I went there.They gave me a printout of the car I wanted. I gave them my credit card. Then they pulled an 11th hour switch that I rejected until they admitted they made a mistake. When I went to see and sign for the car, they showed me a totally different car than the one we agreed on, and pretended I didn't remember correctly. A new level of deceptive practice and classic bait and switch. These guys cannot be trusted. As another reviewer wrote, "Boston Volvo should not be allowed to represent Volvo cars." Salesman was Steve Martinez and Manager is Steve Savage. Avoid at all costs.
