I took my car to this location for a diagnosis, as I was having an issue with my motor blower coming on intermittently. They misdiagnosed me on 3 different occasions to the tune of almost 2 grand. Each time I brought the car in, they'd tell me they figured it out this time. They changed my climate control box and BCM, claiming it was faulty, but the issues persisted. I decided to take the car to an electrical mechanic, and he found that not only was the issue simply a wiring harness issue, but the climate control box this dealership got for me was faulty. Thankfully, I still had the old one. I contacted the dealership and their answer was basically, sorry nothing we can do for you. They love to brag about having techs with 30+ years of experience, but it's obvious that doesn't translate to ability. When I looked online it appears I'm not the only customer with this same issue of suffering at the hands of their incompetence and ineptitude and being charged an arm and a leg for them to continuously be wrong. They also failed to keep in contact with me while having my car. Unless I reached out, there was never an update. Stay away from this dealership, unless you're looking to get ripped off.
