I brought my dad and mom to Faulkner Honda in Doylestown, and we finally found a 2026 Honda Passport with the light interior color my mom wanted and the blue exterior my dad liked. They didn't have the trim level he originally wanted, so he ended up stepping up to a TrailSport Elite. However, once he sat in it with my mom, and I sat down with our salesperson, Chrishon Avery, and his manager, Steve Herbut, we were able to make everything work. I couldn't be happier with the process or say enough good things about the way we were treated by everyone at Faulkner Honda of Doylestown, especially Chrishon and Steve. They were professional, patient, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Now comes the real test, we pick up the Passport tomorrow. As long as everything goes smoothly, the vehicle is beautifully detailed, ready to go, and exactly as promised, this 5 star review will absolutely stand.

PEHonda has always treated my husband and I fairly. June13th, we went to have an oil change plus buy new tires for our Honda HR-V. Jackie Burham was our service advisor advised us about the wait for the oil change due to it being very busy. We agreed to wait while checking out the 2 brand of tires for sale for our vehicle. After discussing it with Jackie, we decided on the one we wanted. We could tell that the treads were excellent. Jackie went over everything that the technician had checked and advised us of the good condition of our brakes. A service brochure was given to us and we were advised when the next service would be needed. We have always been pleased with how we are treated at PEHonda.

I came in for service this past week and worked with David Rojas. I was recommended services that I knew weren't needed because those items had already been completed just two visits earlier. That left me questioning whether my service history was actually being reviewed before recommendations were made. During my visit, he also appeared distracted, including being on his phone, which didn't leave me with confidence that my vehicle had his full attention. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling than providing honest, personalized service. I've been coming here for a while, and this visit was disappointing. I hope the dealership returns to the level of professionalism and customer care it used to provide. Do better.
