Took my 2021 F150 in on Monday, 12/29/2025 for what I thought I needed brakes cause I had warning lights on the dash board. But found out there was some codes out dated and needed to be updated. Got that service and since my inspection was due in January I got it done on my visit. Which pass with flying colors. The brake pads are still great and everything that they check for a inspection was great. I love this new building of Latham Ford. I brought my truck in the old location which was nice place but this new place is tops. The people from the guy who check your vehicle in to the service person checking you on the computer to the mechanic looking at your vehicle and they send a video explain about what the check and found if anything then checking out the very nice, friendly and very helpful lady everyone get 5 stars from me a happy customer.

I had to have my car towed a couple days ago do to having had slid off the road. i called it in to 911 and W.S. Hinkley and sons INC was the next available tow company. Mr. Hinkley was told to bring my car to a body shop in Westerlo15 miles away from the accident site. A few hours later I contacted the body shop my car wasn't there Hinkley had taken my car back to his shop 15 miles away in the opposite direction. Once my car finally made it to my body shop, the shop owner informed me that an appraiser had already looked at my car. I NEVER placed the in claim on my car I was waiting to see what the body shop said before I called to file a claim. Hinkley took my insurance card out of my car, called my insurance company and filed the claim then gouged a tow bill that he got my body shop to pay it ALL WITH OUT my knowledge. I highly recommend you do not use this man for towing and if you do dot your I's and cross your T's.
