Jeff was not only helpful but he was incredibly friendly and open about everything we brought up and spoke about. The entire staff was so friendly and answered all of our questions without judgement. This is especially refreshing after going to several other dealerships and getting sassy, uninterested, or aggressive salesmen and managers. Speaking with the folks there made me realize this was the dealer for me! They were open to terms and negotiations, were very reasonable and provide a wonderful product and service! They are open and up front about everything including all the nitty gritty details, which is very much appreciated. I will absolutely come back to Friendly CDJR in Geneva in a heartbeat!

Michael Trevett the Service Advisor really takes his time to explain everything and he truly cares. My car needed a pretty expensive part but they all made sure I would get well taken care off. I appreciate that. Kelly Quinn in customer care fillies ui with me right away to make fire everything went well. She was very caring as well. Great place to have good service and good customer service. I plan on continuing to bring my vehicle here for a long time!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about the team at Victor Chrysler! The dealership is absolutely gorgeous. I recently had a service appointment, the service writer went above and beyond for me. I was updated throughout the entire appointment. During my wait, I was able to get some work completed on my laptop in their beautiful customer lounge. The whole experience was fantastic. I worked with Luis to purchase a Pacifica. He saved me $1k by finding lightly used rims for snow tires I wanted. He made sure all my questions were answered. He has integrity.
I had a 9am apt when I arrive they tell me that they have - mkirk607
I had a 9am apt when I arrive they tell me that they have the apt for 10am to check start/stop light on on my dash also check the auto park as it takes multiple times shifting before the vehicle will go into gear. At 10:40am the vehicle still sits where I parked it. I go back into the dealership to see if it’s completed they tell me they haven’t looked at it yet. At 11:32am they call me to tell me it’s all set that it’s just the pins on the door plug connector were bent and now straightened and fixed. I go inside dealership to pay and pick up the vehicle and he now tells me that BOTH BATTERIES ARE BAD AND NEED REPLACING for a total of $1,155.28. This vehicle was just purchased from this same dealership January 25 2025 !! This dealership also charges 175 per hour labor rate. Left without purchasing any batteries at all but paid the $189 with tax rate only. Batteries were tested PRIOR TO GOING THERE TWO DAYS EARLIER BY GARAGE BOTH TESTED GOOD. !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE WORK !! Better yet don’t even purchase a vehicle from here !! The exact same two batteries from Friendly in Geneva are almost $125 less even though neither battery needed replacing !! They also showed on their print out of paper work that the vehicle has an extended warranty until 01/25/29 with 100 deductible which I have a copy of. !!! Also the service tech at the parts counter needs an attitude adjustment and has NO BUSINESS interacting with the general public . Maybe he should just be hidden in the back to work on vehicles with an attitude like that! Matt Armison has no business interacting with the general public with an attitude like that. Infact he should probably be terminated for trying to commit fraud claiming batteries need replacing that clearly test good !! Just trying to scam customers.

Park Maple city does not stand behind what they promise you whatever you do, don't pay cash for the vehicle that way they have to fix what's wrong with it promises were made and not fulfilled, the owner is rude. Paid cash for a truck.They made promises that were never upheld repairs, they were supposed to fix.I still have not heard from them yet.\nSincerely Kevin Leiter

Super friendly staff to your face but total idiots would not recommend anybody try to deal with them. Walked out after 3 hours when they offered me 3k less than blue book on my car with less than 33k on it then they ran my credit for over 40k after I walked total xxxxxxx
