I cannot say enough fabulous things about the team at Victor Chrysler! The dealership is absolutely gorgeous. I recently had a service appointment, the service writer went above and beyond for me. I was updated throughout the entire appointment. During my wait, I was able to get some work completed on my laptop in their beautiful customer lounge. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this group.

Unfortunately my 2022 ram 2500 with 28k miles transmission failed. My last Ram (2500 2016) had over 108k mile and the original transmission. But my awesome service advisor Chris Malone did get the warranty procedure in motion and was able to get me my truck back to me with a new transmission in only 8days! I was very pleased.

My truck was totaled in an accident and I had not been planning a new(er) vehicle purchase. Due to some recent issues I was also facing credit challenges, a budget crunch, and a downpayment tied up waiting for my insurance company to settle my claim. Honestly, I didn't have much hope for buying a vehicle outside of taking my chances on FaceBook Marketplace. I had decided that if I was going to buy a vehicle I wanted the vehicle with the features and options I had hoped for. I had an 11:15 appointment on 2/28/26, I was immediately greeted by Greg, our salesman, who took the time to understand the issues I was dealing with, and the vehicle I was looking for. Within a few minutes he presented me with multiple options and I was off on a test drive. He listened and the vehicle was a perfect fit for what I was looking for. He then worked very hard to get a deal that would make buying this truck a reality. Now all that may seem very "normal". Greg and James CDJR went above and beyond, not only getting me in the vehicle I wanted, but put dealer plates on so I could take the vehicle home while I waited for the insurance company to issue my settlement. I quite literally, drove away that day with the vehicle I wanted, at a price I could work with, on a payment that made it possible because Greg made it happen regardless of the challenge. Now, my claim is settled and I am enjoying my new vehicle. A few days ago I was sick at my stomach thinking about how I would be able to go forward. Extremely grateful for Greg's ability to listen and move the barriers that could have prevented me from owning this truck.

I went to the Lowery Bros. Jeep dealership to check out a new 2018 Wrangler. I was looking for a specific vehicle that was listed on their website as being in stock, but couldn't find it anywhere on their lot. I tried to find a salesperson to help, but had no luck. Even after waiting in the showroom, checking out vehicles, nobody offered to help. I finally got frustrated and left. I have tried to contact them several times through their "contact us" link on the website and have received no response. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Luckily there are other Jeep dealerships in the area that are more than happy to receive my business.

My car has been in their shop for months. There is zero communication. I have been told over twenty times that I will get my call returned, but it’s never the same day most of the time not even the same week. I have been given every excuse under the sun about the warranty, Chrysler, waiting on parts, employees being out sick….. you name it. I have NEVER got a straight answer. I had collision repairs done at this location previously in Oct which took weeks but at least they were accommodating and kept me in the loop. Not one have the employees at Jeep tried to help me get a loaner or a rental. I have three kids and work two jobs. I had to quit one of my jobs because I had no way to get there. I still do not have a date that I can expect my 2021 Jeep to be ready. I will never return to this location.

Super friendly staff to your face but total idiots would not recommend anybody try to deal with them. Walked out after 3 hours when they offered me 3k less than blue book on my car with less than 33k on it then they ran my credit for over 40k after I walked total xxxxxxx
