I came in with the intention to sell my Mazda to heritage due to unforeseen circumstances. I was greeted by Sang and had the pleasure to talk with him. Although I couldn't reach a price agreement with the sales managers, Sang stuck by me throughout the whole process even though I didn't get to sell my car. He was very considerate and kind that made a deep impression if I were to buy a Mazda again, it would definitely be from him. I cannot recommend him enough!!

I am a self proclaimed Mazda enthusiast and started driving Mazda's almost exclusively over the past 8 years. I have owned 4 Mazda's during that time, and 3 of them were purchased here. 4 of them have been serviced here. I recently purchased a 2023 CX-5, so I thought I would provide some thoughts: Piazza Mazda really does seem to go the extra mile to take care of you. The service prices are competitive. Mazda will stand behind their products. I've had a few recalls on my vehicles, and some other issues covered under warranty. These repairs were very fast, and never disruptive to my schedule. One of the repairs was pretty major, but covered by Mazda even though it was slightly over the warranty period. I was expecting a 1-2 week repair time, but they got it done and returned it to me in 3 days. So, I know the service manager and the local Mazda reps will work to provide a little extra peace of mind in some cases. As for the sales experience: It couldn't be more pleasant. I worked with Kaitlyn the last 2 times. She gets 5 stars too. If you have made all the decisions about what you want in advance, the paperwork will be ready, and you can be in and out in less than an hour. If you want to take longer and get to know your new car, they will sit with you as long as you want. It's also worth noting that after many weeks of deliberating between a CX-5 and CX-50, my wife settled on a CX-5 in what is probably the least available color. I told them what we wanted, and Kaitlyn found the exact trim/color and had it on site within a week. Stellar experience from start to finish.

We were assisted by Cameron Winters who was very professional and knowledgeable. We were given a formal offer for purchase with all elements of the sale offer disclosed. There was no pressure to accept the deal and after some changes we requested were dealt with to both parties satisfaction, we purchased the vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 on the evening of 08/16/24. After sone negotiating we agreed to a price, and they showed us the paper work. All was good. We were there past their closing time and felt bad for keeping them late. The car was for my wife and the title and financing were in her name. She signed all the paper work and then the salesman, Nick asked if we would mind posing with him and the car for a picture for him to put on his Facebook page. Fast forward to Sunday 08/18/24. I took a closer look at the contract and they added a $1700.00 Cook Legacy policy that apparently covers tires, windshields, door dings and wheels. Basically just a xx policy that is nothing more than additional dealer mark-up. They never went over any of this with us, it wasn't on the work sheet for the deal, but they snuck it into the buyers order and contract, without us knowing. Ultimately shame on us for ever trusting this dealership. They used very deceiving tactics and took advantage of my wife. We would have never agree to buying this worthless add-on. We'll be going into the dealership tomorrow to have this charge removed from the contract, but I'm expecting he worse. Will update this review if they make right on this stunt they pulled. UPDATE 8/19/24: The general manager called us this morning and was very apologetic. They told us to come in and they would have a new contract with the $1700 charge removed. When we got there, they stood by their word and had the new contract ready as promised. They were very apologetic and my wife and I appreciated them making it right.

Went for scheduled service. Was advised that state inspection due in November could be completed now and opted to do that. As always, love receiving the video by the technician showing the underside of the car and the engine compartment.

Let me start by saying... I absolutely HATE buying vehicles! For many reasons.. The length of stay.. you get lied to.. I am a woman so I feel like I am being belittled half the time... With all of that said.. I had to come here with my daughter to buy a car... I was completely shocked! They didn't try to sell my daughter all the extra crap! We were in and out in record time! I was so impressed that my husband and I went back to buy our truck! Never have I ever had a smooth car buying experience like this!! The manager Dan is absolutely amazing!! Addressing any concerns, coming up with great solutions.. He makes you feel like you have known him forever! I just can't say enough about our experience! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a super fair price!
