I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The team at Kutztown is honest, knowledge and courteous. Working with Marc Konchinsky to buy my new truck was the best buying experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was completed in 24 hours and I had to do it long distance - which could have made things more difficult - but it didn't. The entire staff and Jenny my service writer was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly takes pride in their work. Even with an older vehicle, they treated it with care and attention as if it were brand new. Their service department is efficient, honest, and communicative — qualities that are increasingly rare. It’s clear they value long-term relationships, not just transactions. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. After having an appointment to test drive a pre owned certified vehicle and driving 2 hrs to meet Patrick, not only he was not at the dealership, the staff lied to me and stated that he was off that day. Couldn’t find the keys of the car that I wanted to take for a test drive. Cliff was very indifferent to the inconvenience that I encountered. After driving 2 hrs back home, got a test for Patrick apologizing for the confusion, keys were at his desk and he had to step out. However nobody knew about it. DO NOT waste your time with this bunch of unprofessional individuals

They called the police on me for 'stealing a rental' while I was in the hospital. Blaise Mazda sold me a car with one fob thst only works part time. It finally died, and I was referred to Blaise GMC. They ordered me a key, but would not come to me to program the fob, or tow the car. They were kind enough to give me a rental, as I was having a major surgery. I get out of the hospital to a message saying they reported it stolen. They said they'd send a tow truck to my house to get my car, and I can return the rental. No, no. They sent a driver to pick up the rental. The drivers were kind, and agreed that my decision was ridiculous. He called someone at the dealership, and they called the POLICE. They told the police there was no rental agreement and that I was 'racking up tickets' which the cop immediately shot down, as i had a copy of the rental agreement, hospital discharge paperwork, and he ran my information prior to coming. To make matters even crazier, they vehicle upgrade manager, Larry, called the animal shelter I work and and said that someone 'dumped a domestic rabbit in his yard' and that it needed to be rescued. I have never in my life experienced something this insanely unprofessional. So now I'm out almost 1000 for new fobs.

BADCADILLAC.com for all the info I went to Johnson Cadillac in March/April of 2024, test drove a car, gave them a $10,000.00 deposit on a 2023 CERTIFIED used Cadillac, signed a bunch of paperwork but NEVER TOOK THE CAR HOME. Why you ask. Because Johnson Cadillac is a corrupt dealership, filled with lying con artists that try feeding on the vulnerable people that come to them looking for a car. The car was a CERTIFiED vehicle and yet before I could take it home it had to be sent out to a third party because the strut was falling off the car, the control arm was bent and it needed a front end alignment. It needed all this AFTER it was sold to me as a CERTIFiED used Cadillac with a 172 point checklist that specifically stated struts, control arms and alignment were good. It got no better at Johnson Dodge, the sister store, when I went there to explain the problems considering Johnson CADILLAC couldn’t figure anything out. The sales manger at Johnson Cadillac told me face to face that they don’t have a front end rack there, don’t inspect the front ends of any cars prior to certifying them and as a matter of fact he assured me that NONE of the vehicles that have left Johnson Cadillac have ever had a full 172 point inspection prior to selling them CERTIFIED. They feed on people like YOU. I told them I’m not like the others so I’m doing a good deed and warning people about the despicable, conniving, deceitful thieves that call Johnson Cadillac their home. I have fully documented my experience with these people and was forced to send them an email calling them out on all their malicious behavior. They NEVER responded. It was a great experience and the first thing our salesman said was "You know I have to come out here and bother you right?" so they have a great sense of humor and know people do not like to be pressured. Was only looking at first and wasn't pressured before I left to buy a car, decided to come back a week later and have the paper work run after checking other places out. They worked with me and got me the price I wanted to pay a month on the car I wanted, even helped me drive it off the lot that day and bring the rest of down money the next day. The facility is great and seems like they really take care of their cars and the Lifetime powertrain warranty is a great perk as well.
