I came to the service center for the second time, and - A.Haci
I came to the service center for the second time, and again the staff were different, but once more I encountered the same cold, indifferent attitude. They gave the impression that they disliked their job and were just doing it unwillingly. I tried to explain my issue — there is a sound coming from the engine compartment. I even showed them a video. Before even listening properly, the employee said, “Yes, yes, I heard it.” But that was untrue. After actually listening, he then said, “Oh, was this the sound?” This shows clear carelessness and lack of seriousness.
I suggested sending the video by email so that the mechanic could check it and identify the problem. He agreed. However, when I reviewed the in-car camera footage, I saw that the mechanic never even checked for such an issue. Later, when I followed up via message, I was told that the mechanic had indeed checked it and found nothing abnormal. This is simply not true. I know people who own the exact same model — four or five of them — and none of their vehicles have this issue. This is an outright lie.
On Monday, a woman from the service department called me, and I explained everything again. She told me to bring the car back so they could “take another look.” But why should I waste my time bringing my car back to people who do not do their jobs properly and who lie to customers? We all know these cars can have issues — we purchase them with that understanding. But even if the cars are problematic, General Motors service centers should at least be competent and honest. The cars may have flaws, but the service should not. The lack of professionalism and integrity is unacceptable.
