I’m was very disappointed after purchasing my dream car.. The Car purchase was new but the paint was horrible after sitting outside for an entire year.Spoke with the Service Manager once and never again. She made a bunch of promises and excuses. The Car I traded was an immaculate condition not one scratch or swirl mark.lifetime PPF track pack and ceramic coated. Lindsay Chevrolet is all about numbers not Customer Service or how a customer feels after purchasing a six figure vehicle Only to have to do thousands and thousands of dollars of work to make it presentable. Also the sticker striped that’s on my 2025 Z06 Corvette is peeling off and I have to get that fixed also on my own time and on my own dime. Unbelievable I will never purchase another vehicle from this Dealership.

Do not get your car serviced here. Long review, but honest experience. I bought a 2011 Cruze in 2023 and brought it to this dealership ever since. Since then, this dealership has done over $9,000 in repairs. They put things on the “critical” list like changing the engine air filter for $130+ - went to change it myself to find out that IT DIDN’T EVEN NEED REPLACING. Took my car in for a leak recently, cooling lines for the transmission needed replaced. After leaving the dealership the part broke almost immediately. I had to bring it back in and have them replace the part under warranty. The part was on back order and no one notified me, once I called they told me and said they didn’t know when it would come.. and refused to offer me a loaner car - so be aware of that. It took over 3 weeks to get my car back and I was paying even more money on alternate transportation because of their problem and parts. I contacted GM while this was going on to get a loaner or push the part delay along or something, anything. Their response was: “I do apologize, but due to the age of the vehicle, we cannot escalate this to our part delay team. Additionally, we cannot expedite this part due to the sheer age of the vehicle, as well. We have to wait till the part becomes available. At this time, I advise to keep reaching out to the dealer every so often for updates.” Zero help from anyone on anything. When I went to pick up my car finally, they had run other diagnostics on the car and they FORGOT to put my hubcap back on… they just left it in the front seat of my car. I also witnessed them try to pull the wool over a 96 year old man eyes there in the waiting room telling him his battery needed services totaling over $300. The man asked why he wouldn’t just buy a new battery at that rate…. They came back with a new $80 price for him. Wild and sad. I strongly recommend having your car serviced somewhere that won’t run you dry, lie to you, and provide poor service to your vehicle like this place. I’ve contacted both Andrew Becker (Service Director) and Henry Panjshiri (General Manager) about my issues to no avail.

We bought a brand new 2025 Equinox EV in March (2025). - Frustrated

We bought a brand new 2025 Equinox EV in March (2025). In October, we started having a slew of problems (tire pressure system, OnStar module not working, etc.). We have now had our car in their shop off and on for over a month since October 30th (including one time where we left it there for over 2 weeks and the problem still wasn't fixed). We, once again, do not have access to our vehicle. We were promised that the repairs would finally be done Friday 1/16/26. We had to call repeatedly to find out that the car would not be done until 1/17/26. Shock - surprise - it was not done on 1/17/26. We called multiple times on 1/18/26 - and no one would even answer the phone. It is now 1/19/26 and we still have no vehicle. The answer is always that they had to "order a part." We have gotten no updates unless we persistently call them. We get no empathy and told that the GM will call us (spoiler: he won't). The head of service is downright nasty if you have an issue (he tried to convince us there was no issue with the tire pressure sensors or OnStar module - yet the screen doesn't work at all)...and today was more interested in complaining about his recent lab work (and high cholesterol) than trying to right the issue of them essentially holding our car hostage. It should not take months to fix these issues. We shouldn't have to call incessantly just to get some sort of update on our vehicle. I would even take a simple, "I'm sorry it's taking so long." But NOPE. I spoke to a guy in sales two days, out of desperation because we couldn't get ahold of anyone in the service department, and was promised we'd get a call from the GM to fix this. I won't hold my breath.
