In particular, the service manager assured us that they would come to us ONLY after insuring that the vehicle we were interested in in fact met all the requirements we espouse for wanting this particular vehicle type (FORD Expedition MAX). I am quite some distance from this dealership yet they called me after I had made my appointment to offer to pick up and deliver at no cost to me. That was unexpected and very much appreciated. Person who came and the people I spoke with on the phone were all very nice and helpful. I particularly was impressed by the video they provided from the tech who did the service. Great experience. P.S. I really LOVE my Escape hybrid! Purchased from this dealer last year. Also, a positive experience. Will continue with them no doubt.

Salesman Kimari McNair was polite and knowledgeable and answered all questions. Negotiations were crisp and fair with Kamari and department leads. Paperwork was performed in a fast and efficient manner. Post sales offers of fuel and driving of purchased vehicle home were much appreciated. It was an overall pleasant experience. This dealership is untrustworthy. Was called and told that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that it would be set aside for me to be the first one to come look at and initially purchase, so after not hearing from them in almost a week I called to see if the car was ready to be looked at and found out that they had sold the car and when I asked why they didn’t call me as they had told me they would they all (customer care manager, sales manager and salesman) lied about what happened. The car belonged to them so it was no need to lie about it. It’s some way to treat a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles from them in the pass, but I’m doubtful if I’ll ever purchase another one from them.
