Montrel, the salesperson who assisted me, deserves particular praise for his professionalism and customer service. Montrel was great to work with. He was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure all around. I appreciated his transparency throughout the negotiations, no hassle, didn't try to sell me what I didn't need or want. Montrel did a really great job with listening to want I wanted, and he made it happen. He went over everything in the car with my wife and made sure she learns all features about the Car. Bought my seltos new may 2023. 5 recalls and 8 visits later I had to put my old car back on the road. Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They had it noon till 5pm. Tire pressure is off by 4 pounds RF-LR no inspection paperwork "they didn't know i meant state inspection to register the vehicle" (the main reason I brought it in). Basically I got a $274 oil change that took all day. Awful place to buy and service a car!

Avoid this car dealership at all costs they are dishonest, corrupt, liars and thieves. They will undervalue your trade-in by thousands of dollars, add on fraudulent dealer charges to the vehicle you are buying, re-work the numbers around so that you are paying FULL sticker price. Do not share how much you are comfortable paying for a monthly payment, do not share what the pay off is on your trade in vehicle and do not let this dealership coerce you into filling out the KIA of America survey at the dealership. And do not believe their APR rate is the best, it is a lie
