Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body controller and transmission fluid. If anything, it drives worse now than it did before. I told the service advisor - Judy about the poor service. She apologized and told me the service manager would contact me. I never got a call back. I bought an extended warranty with the truck that requires I take it to them for service. I live in Florence and it is an hour trip up there and back so not very convenient. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty because if limits where you can get warranty work.

Worst dealership that I have ever been to for service. Multiple lies and even had an employee tell me that I was lying about what I was promised. I will never do business with this dealership again and will advise everyone I know including several businesses that purchase several vehicles each year to stay away from this dealership.One business in particular has gone to Kinston for services because of the poor customer service in Wilmington.

Rip off artists. I was quoted a price for an oil change. It billed out $30 more than qouted. When I raised the issue with management all I got was excuses (who charges a document fee for an oil change?). Communication is poor, it took me several attempts the day before to get a price on an oil change. These folks are extraction artists, as in extract your wallet.

I recently had to have my brand new 2025 F 150 worked on not happy with the situation. Then when I took the truck in everyone was fantastic. I was greeted by the service advisor and told what to expect. I was told I could wait, or they would get me transportation home. I choose to wait. Then both the service manager and even the owner checked in for a follow up to make sure I was being taken care of. When I bought the truck, they said that they would provide service. Today they proved it. Thanks to all.

Mike Brinkman and Frank Nappi the finance manager made our purchase of a 2025 Maverick XLT extremely easy. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and Mike took the time to show my son how everything in the truck worked before our departure. While we were on vacation at Emerald Island I learned about a Front Lower Control Arm Ball Joint Do Not Drive recall Friday afternoon at 4:00 and we were leaving the next morning for a 9 hour drive home. I called Mike and he found a Ford dealer near us and contacted them to arrange an inspection the next morning before we left. He even called to make sure we passed inspection and everything was okay. Crossroads Ford has a great team in Mike and Frank, and Mike especially went above and beyond the type of care one usually sees nowadays. We greatly appreciate it and my son is really enjoying his new truck!

Because it has been 3 weeks and I still look at prices of other dealers pre owned rangers and none compare to the price that Beach Ford finalized for me others are any where from $500 to $1300 over for a lariat ranger and not even being a tremor .So people do your research and compare Beach Ford sells quality pre owned vehicles for less
