Awesome experience. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and professional. No pressure sales just very pleasant and truly trying to make the car search a pleasant experience. I had been searching for a truck for about 3 months and found the Gladiator on Sanders Ford website. I contacted Abigail who arranged to have it available for me to see in Jacksonville. AJ moved the vehicle from Swansboro location and was very helpful. Zero pressure during my test drive. Steven the finance manager even beat Navy Fed as well as USAA financing. AJ actually offered and delivered my Jeep to me as I had driven from Wrightsville Beach. and did’t trade a vehicle. Thank you all for a great experience.

Our salesperson Chandler was extremely knowledgeable about all of the new vehicles and we decided on a 25 Explorer. The process went well and the sales manager BD was extremely helpful as well.the delivery was great, vehicle clean and Chandler went through the features. Because it has been 3 weeks and I still look at prices of other dealers pre owned rangers and none compare to the price that Beach Ford finalized for me others are any where from $500 to $1300 over for a lariat ranger and not even being a tremor .So people do your research and compare Beach Ford sells quality pre owned vehicles for less

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

I called on a truck i seen listed. They were close to my home and thought I would deal with a local dealer. I spoke with a salesman named Al Mendez. He said he could do better than the price I seen listed. He told a price. I came in drove the truck. I asked him a few questions and now I realize he evaded answering them. I gave him a credit application although I was going through my credit union. He came back and said everything is good. He gave me the paperwork and the price was different it was much higher than he told me. I asked about the price. He said he could not sell it for what he said. We had a discussion, then Al went and got the sales manager. I was pressured into buying the truck, and when i said no. He got an attitude. the sales manager asked Al about the price he gave me. Al said he was not sure did not remember. Total B S here. Al misled me on price and super high pressure. I did not buy a truck from them and recommend you do not go to Pittsboro Ford.
