I was sold a vehicle with mechanical issues even as the staff indicate AAA certified. I called seeking help within 48 hours of purchase and requested help. No one called back. Outside of being sold a lemon, I was forced to finance with Enterprise lenders. I came to location already pre-approved by my credit union. I was told I would lose the car if I went with my bank because there is no way to electronically transfer the funds with an outside lender. My pre-approved financing is 50% lower than Bank of America which was the lowest option, even with a good credit score. I feel as if I was manipulated, mislead, and avoided until paperwork was processed to the benefit of the location. This is not representative of quality customer care. I cannot in good conscious support or endorse this company. I am beyond disheartened by the ways I have been mistreated in this purchase.

UPDATE REVIEW: My husband purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from here Nov 2023 in 5 months his truck wouldn't run and the bed of the truck fell in due to rust. Took it to a mechanic shop who stated it needed a whole new transmission. He called and complained to Moses who sold us the vehicle. He didn't 100% make it right being that we were able to trade it in for a 2018 Chevy Silverado but had to carry over negative equity because they didn't value the truck for what they sold it to us for. Even though they sold us a LEMON. That was April 2024. Now it's a WHOLE YEAR later MAY 1, 2025 and the second vehicle we got needs a whole new transmission which is going to cost $3500 - $5000 in parts and labor. My husband barely put any miles ob it and now on top of a truck payment he has to pay out of pocket to get a new transmission. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM TRUAUTO THEY HAVE POOR QUALITY VEHICLES AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY FIX THE VEHICLES UP JUST ENOUGH TO GET IT OFF THE LOT! THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR FRAUD!

Don't trust them they are all liars! They tell you your approved for take your money then call a week later and fiancé company calls to say you are not approved. We take car back and now have to wait on our 2000.00 back. Poor service and many lies from asha sales person to all above her.don't go there nor mc eleven who is really the owner. They will screw you!
