Today I got my first car and the customer service was amazing. I personally do recommend Nuni Mitchell. She thoroughly explains the details and the process of buying a car. Her and her fiance team are the best at negotiating deals to have a better car owner. Pro tip don’t be scared to ask for help or clear advice especially if you are away/out of town lol. Great experience! We had all of needs and questions answered for us primarily by Miracle the internet manage. She was great. We also was helped by Jamar with the financing. They supplied a bottom line price "out the door" for we brought our own financing. When we arrived to take delivery we were introduced and assisted by our very knowledgeable salesperson Eric. We were in and out in a very short time and on our way home to Germantown, TN 225 miles away. One of the best experiences we have had buying a new car in years. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime...more than 30. I'd call myself an "expert" at doing car deals. I'm realistic and don't come in trying to low ball a dealer...profit is not a dirty word. That said, I'm not a sucker that gets taken advantage of either. My experience with Nelson Mazda Cool Springs was a bit different than I'm used to. I sat down with the salesperson and they pulled up the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. We went over the numbers. I was not sure that the deal I was offered was the best deal I could get, and with their "no haggle" pricing, it was a "take it or leave it" proposition, so I left. I did my due diligence by trying to work a deal on the same vehicle at two other Mazda dealers. Both were within about $200 of each other but neither was as good a deal as Nelson Mazda had pitched me. So I went back, ate some crow, and accepted their offer. I'm a haggler. An old school car buyer that expects to start discussing pricing at dealer invoice, work deals on cars that have sat on the lot for a long period of time, etc. None of that was necessary at Nelson. While they didn't "discount" the new car, they did show an over allowance on my trade which more than made up for it. I'm an "out the door" buyer, so where the numbers come from don't matter to me as long as the bottom number is one I can accept. Everyone was very friendly and I really appreciated sitting at the table with the salesperson as they worked the numbers. No "let me go see my sales manager" mumbo jumbo. Just a straight forward deal, a decent interest rate (given current rates), and a friendly staff. If you are a novice car buyer, or just don't like the rush of a good haggling session that can last days or weeks, take your business to Nelson Mazda. They really do make it easy.

I found the Jeep of my dreams 2 hours away from home after looking for years and Trent went above and beyond to make it a reality! When they say no pressure they really mean it. It was entirely a stress free experience. Not only was Trent professional and experienced, he was fun and easy to talk to. He also volunteered to deliver right to my door which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! He then checked in later on to ensure I was still happy. Spoiler alert: I love my Jeep! I am beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend Trent and this dealership for your next purchase!

Before I found out from Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia that I would have to return the Kia Soul that we'd bought, I was having a bit of trouble operating the headrests. I realize that it makes me seem kind of stupid, but these were not the normal headrests that we are all accustomed to. My wife teaches at Motlow College, so after I dropped her off, I went to the Kia dealership in Tullahoma to ask for assistance. The employees were prompt in asking if I needed help. They didn't make fun of me for not knowing how to do something so simple. And they didn't get irritated that I was asking for their help with a car I did not buy from there. Although I will NEVER go back to Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia, if I am ever in the market for a Kia again, I may just come to this dealership again and give them my business.
