Start to finish both transactions. Everything was perfect. Every employee of that dealership treated our children with respect. Spoke to them high-fives included they even helped them with snacks. I bought an SUV from DriveTime Huntsville Al on 11/14/25 on 11/16/25 we found the wheel bearing was going out. Contacted the DriveTime store Manager on 11/17/25. She sent me to the warranty service. This was a weeks long of hair pulling issues and misinformation from service provider. MS Tory called me 11/20/25 to follow up. At the time we had gotten nothing from warranty or service provider. On Saturday 11/22/25 I went to DriveTimes Huntsville Location sat down with the Mgr Tory I was frustrated and ready to just park this vehicle that I Truly Loved. I thought of even trying to make the attempt to repair it myself. But Ms. Tory professionally and with a true concern explained this is not normal and reassured me we could get it repaired. She made arrangements with Firestone to check the vehicle out. Tabatha at Firestone was amazing as well. She calmed me down she did her job with the knowledge and kindness that was very much an attitude change for me. She got the inspection done got the warranty claim submitted and the vehicle repaired in 4.5 hours versus the week long other situation. Thank you so very Much store Manager Tory at DriveTime and Tabatha Moore @ Firestone you both did what you said you were going to do. This kept me from getting angry or worse trying to repair this myself. This 2019 Ford Explorer Limited is now drivable and I truly love this vehicle. Thank you so very much.

Owned two previously, switched to Nissan briefly (horrible, horrible experience less than two weeks after purchased on recalled parts that weren't replaced - tried to stick me with $5k cost). My Hyundai's never, ever gave me issues. Plus, treated extremely well - by all staff! Highly recommend 👌. Get one before the tarrifs go up! Also, when I bought my last Hyundai, my trade in value was higher than the original purchase price. Talk about value.

The entire process of purchasing a vehicle was conducted remotely—from my home in Texas while Matt is in Alabama—via phone, text, and email. The transaction was seamless: the truck was shipped and arrived in perfect condition, and all title documentation was correct. What truly impressed me was the follow-through. A week after the sale was finalized, the truck developed a major mechanical issue. Without any haggling or avoidance ("not my problem"), Matt immediately took full responsibility and ensured the problem was resolved, simply by doing the right thing. I highly recommend his services and give this experience five stars, plus a few more if possible.

Before I found out from Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia that I would have to return the Kia Soul that we'd bought, I was having a bit of trouble operating the headrests. I realize that it makes me seem kind of stupid, but these were not the normal headrests that we are all accustomed to. My wife teaches at Motlow College, so after I dropped her off, I went to the Kia dealership in Tullahoma to ask for assistance. The employees were prompt in asking if I needed help. They didn't make fun of me for not knowing how to do something so simple. And they didn't get irritated that I was asking for their help with a car I did not buy from there. Although I will NEVER go back to Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia, if I am ever in the market for a Kia again, I may just come to this dealership again and give them my business.

We went in to the dealer to look at a truck that I seen online. Salesman was good but then we went to get financed and the problems started. The salesman was told to only pull and send credit to 2 different banks. I was told that was not a problem. Then as me and my wife sat there we noticed do to credit monitoring that our credit in shear minutes had been sent and pulled over 6 times. I approached the finance desk and told them to stop. We expressed our concerns with the finance guy Jeff and the salesman and told them to stop we were done and not going to proceed with purchase and we left. The next morning we were contacted by the salesman that stated that he spoke with finance manager and he asked "give us another chance the the finance guy Jeff submitted it wrong." He should not be working if he don't know how to submit properly. They told me again they could get the terms that I needed. I told them no. I then started to get credit monitoring notification that beaman was checking credit again even after they were told to stop. Not a good practice! Don't use beaman if you care about credit. Very displeased

I had been looking for a small truck with low miles and a manual transmission. I wanted a basic no-frills truck to keep for the long haul. I had been looking on AutoTader.com, Cars.com, and CarGurus.com. I would find trucks and call but they would be gone shortly after they were listed. I happened to be driving by Stan McNabb Chevrolet and saw a little black GMC Canyon and looked in the window, and it had a manual transmission. They weren’t open so I went home and looked online and saw that it had 45k miles and was priced right with a good Carfax. I called and talked to Don McKay and decided to go test drive it. It was what I was looking for and I was happy with the price. I already had financing arranged but they got a lower rate for me. It was a no-hassle transaction with none of the expected upsell drama. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Danny Veirs was also involved because Don was working with another customer who came in the same time as me asking for him. I’ll come back the next time I’m looking for a vehicle and give them another shot.
