We purchased a new vehicle last week from Toyota South. The salesman was Mr. Jeffery Duty. We very highly recommend both Toyota South as a dealership to purchase new or used from and Mr. Duty as an highly recommended salesman. We never felt pressured and in fact felt they were interested in presenting what we wanted to see. We got there later in the evening and were there past closing without plenty of questions. They never rushed us. We have bought parts there for a few years for our other Toyota products and this was our 2nd new car purchase ever. Toyota South presented the vehicle to review, the completed price and transacted the sale to our complete satisfaction, timely. Mr. Jeffery Duty answered all questions very satisfactorily and went through the various features of our new SUV afterwards. His product knowledge was impressive. There are many new features on the vehicle we had questions about and while I’ve driven others with similar features I thought it would be a good idea to know exactly how they work, etc. and take the guessing out of it. Jeffery provided details that would likely take hours reading the manual to figure out. Thank you Jeffery and thank you Toyota South for providing an excellent experience! Top notch!

Great Low Key approach. Not pushy. Great price at their very first offer. Salesman was “Gage” and he answered all questions. Very satisfied with him. And the Financial Person “Abdul” was very impressive also. Very polite, very efficient, did not waste my time, explained everything in easy to understand conversation. He even found additional discounts, etc. Overall a very pleasant experience in buying a vehicle. Rate them 10 out of 10.

I am very upset bc I sent a message to this dealership and I have still not received a response. I complained about the fact that simple things like resetting my oil change maintenance menu doesn't get reset, my fluids are not being checked or if they are they are not being topped off, windshield washerfluid. And this last time my tire pressure was not checked as all four tires had different air pressure, 2 had too much, one was low, one was extremely low!!! Then I took the technician out to show her a rust spot on my car by the door handle when had occurred from falling snow/ice off of the roof. I have an extended warranty in addition to the bumper to bumper warranty. I don't understand how something that simple can take a brand new cars paint all the way down to the metal causing rust and I was asking for answers, which I didn't get and still have not gotten, nor have I gotten as much as any kind of a response of any kind!!!
