I bought my 2021 Kia soul about 2 months ago first of all they were going to fix a tire that never got fixed they were going to give me a key a second key that is and I never did get the key so then when I went back to get the key they told me what acel cut you on like that's my responsibility to get a key that should have came with my car so to make this long story short I get a transmission problem and here's where the troubles begin this dealership has no work ethic they have no way of taking care of their people they don't even understand how to take care of the people never offered me a loaner car sent me out the door to another dealership because their lack of knowledge to figure out how to fix the car themselves. Oh wait I was told that they don't have the equipment to repair Kia so my word was why would you sell me something that you don't even know how to fix of course you know how it is they'll sell you anything to get you out the door but once you're out the door you're done So here I sat for 3 hours waiting on a tow truck and now I sat again in my car at a different dealership with no loaner car and no rent a car and I guess this is where I'll be for the night thanks SVG I'll never buy another car from you ever again it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I've bought hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of cars from xx Mary's Chrysler in xx Mary's Ohio and them's the best people that I've ever ran into in my life they are top-notch quality and I sure miss them. I don't believe any dealer would leave a man standing with 3 days of no work because of their vehicle and still not make them have a loaner car or put effort into helping them it's unbelievable I've never seen anything like it folks please don't ever buy from them it's a real joke very unprofessional

TERRIBLE! Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. We negotiated a price on a Ford pickup, put a deposit down, and scheduled a date/time to pick up the truck. When we came to buy the truck with a certified check for the invoiced amount, the Sales Manager said he forgot to remove a trade-in quote from the deal and wanted $4000 more. We had the invoice and he refused to honor the price he agreed to on Saturday. A complete scam!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A deal should be a deal but NOT at SVG GMC Springfield!

Cash Grab? Possibly. Rude for sure, customer service is a joke I suspect unless you spend thousands on maintenance. I expected better from a Voss dealership. Simple transaction. Vehicle towed in to get key cut. My wife picks up the vehicle a week later and the tire is completely flat. So much so that I had to call roadside assistance and was told that it would be a quote of whatever new tire costs would be. Unaccpetable. I speak to the general manager and he tells me that he is not responsible for the vehicle because it was not in their possession. Where was my vehicle the whole time? On his lot. Where were the keys? with his cashier. In what way is this not in their possession. My vehicle by his own admission did not come in with a flat tire but somehow left with a flat tire. And he proceeded to what if me and say what if it was the Tow driver? So vehicle gets dropped off, worked on and driven by his own technician, no flat tire. But it is possibly the tow driver's fault? His solution to fix is me paying a discounted rate for the tire. I know I am just one person and that it doesn't matter to them. But I will still pass on the experience. It's the principal in this matter. I could see if I was looking to short a bill but my car literally went in with one issue which i paid for in full and came out with a completely unrelated issue. And the fix was simple. Instead they wished to make it worse over basically $100. So me as a customer is worth less than $100 for tire $250 if you want to include labor. Thanks. There is a point where doing the right thing has to matter more than a little profit. Which compared to how much they make wouldn't be worth the effort.
