Everything went smoothly. But we old timers would appreciate being reminded that when we turn a car in, we need to bring the title, registration, and an updated insurance card to drive the demo. Also, being charged for an annual inspection and being told at the same time that the car should be sent out to pasture was disappointing.. Especially since I bought a new car in the next room.

I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.

I called ahead and he had the car pulled out of the showroom for me to drive and ready to go. I typically buy a new car every three years and this was one of the easiest to date. No back and forth trying to work a deal for hours. There is no doubt I will be back again for my next vehicle. Cheryl in finance was just as pleasant.
