She then went over the service specials that were available with Graff. After explaining everything and making my selection, she asked if o was familiar with the waiting room and amenities available while I waited for the service to be completed. I would highly recommend the service department at the Michigan City location.

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.
