He went all out to get me back home in Kansas City, MO. and upon completion, contact me, came and picked me up from the Greyhound Bus station prior to the Service Department opening up!!!... Now, that's customer satisfaction!!!

Today my wife and I came in trying to find a truck that we would both like. John Brommer greeted us with a warm welcome and we started to talk about what we were both looking for. We honestly felt so relaxed and comfortable talking to him because he listened to us and took the time to look up trucks that were available. The one that we liked was not in the dealership, so we felt down for a little bit, he started making phone calls and sending text and next thing we know the truck was being parked outside for us. We are sincerely grateful for John and all the hard work he did to get us the truck we really wanted. Unfortunately, we have had previous experiences elsewhere, where we've felt pressured and seemed like they only wanted to make a sale and not consider our personal interest. We are so happy about the experience we had today, and we feel confident in the purchase we made today. We will definitely recommend our friends and family over to John.
