I went in just to purchase a fuse last week for my truck. The service manager (shawn?) pulled the truck in a replaced the fuse for me no questions asked. I had no appointment and did not expect such great service for a $2 fuse. He was kind and personable and I appreciated him going the extra mile. We bought this truck used three months ago at another dealer, although we have bought multiple cars at Londonderry. From now on we stick with Londonderry! Thank you for going the extra mile. More

Everyone was very nice and seemed to really care and this was for a $2 fuse. We did not purchase the truck 3 mo ago in Londonderry but have purchased other vehicles there. (Used was not available for what we needed in Londonderry). Based on this service experience my next vehicle will definitely come from Londonderry Ford as the service far surpasses other dealers.
