Took my vehicle in after the check engine light came on. It turned out to be a bad oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced. On the way home after picking up the vehicle, I heard a loud scraping sound on th It turned out to be a bad oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced. On the way home after picking up the vehicle, I heard a loud scraping sound on the highway. It turned out that one of the lower covers had come loose and almost fallen off. Fortunately I was able to get a tow back to the dealership and I left the car overnight. The next morning they had removed the cover and I was able to pick up my vehicle. However, it took several weeks before a new cover was in stock and I was not kept well-informed on the status of the part order. When it did come in, I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days and they put on the new cover while I waited. More

I dropped off my vehicle May 15. And got it back August 12. During that time I was treated like everything was my problem, when it was a manufacturing defect. They were not helpful w And got it back August 12. During that time I was treated like everything was my problem, when it was a manufacturing defect. They were not helpful with a loaner or rental. I finally got a rental and it was more expensive than getting outside of the dealership. I had called to check up on the progress of getting my vehicle fixed and I requested and was told I would get a callback. I got about 4 callbacks in the 3 months that they had my vehicle. All and all it was a nightmare experience! More
