All the staff members are very willing to negotiate for customer's satisfaction. They are very accommodating, very patient in explaining the features, unhurriedly showed all the cars that I was interested of.

A little bit pushy. Double check numbers before you sign. Will try to steer you. Just take your time, do a little bit of research, and be ready or the back and fourth negotiations. Stand firm and it will work out. All in all it was ok. Albert was great and seems honest. Stu is a bit more of the stereotypical "car salesman" and can be brash. I would recommend this dealership just be prepared and have a firm goal. Service department is GREAT. friendly and knowledgeable service staff and facility is very nice/clean waiting area is nice; offers snacks, comfy seating, and wifi.

Went there because a friend referred me to Joe Vece. We were gonna lease a car and since Honda is one of the most reliable cars out there we decided to pay them a visit. Joe greeted us with a smile and a great attitude, determined to help us meet our needs. He had Albert show us some different cars and we found something we really liked. The whole process took quite some time (credit check and what not) but not at any point did it feel like we were "just waiting". They took really good care of us and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Everyone at this dealership was great. I really felt that they cared about the car buying experience. I got a great deal, and a quick transaction. I was never left sitting and wondering what was going on, because they started by telling what would happen. They even got my iPhone paired to the Bluetooth before I left.
I hope the service department is as good, and I expect they will be.

Albert Rodriguez was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will go back when I am looking for my next car and I will look for this sales person on my next visit. I will also recomend him specifically to all my friends intrested in getting a new car. I really enjoyed the service and help.

This is the second car I've purchase from Albert and Stu. I got a good deal on my second trade-in with them as well. For trading a car 2.5 yrs old with 40000 miles I received a fair value for my older CR-V. For the new car I paid a little above dealer invoice. Buyers have to realize dealerships have to make a fair minimum on each deal to cover expenses to keep the lights on and everybody well fed. In regards to the Honda CR-V 2013 EX AWD, this is an amazing vehicle. This will be my 3rd Honda CR-V AWD and this one is far superior to the 2011 I traded in. It's got awesome bluetooth and USB connectivity for IPod, IPhone and USB Flash driver users. It has a rear backup camera which will should help me from backing into those small red poles commonly called "simpsons". It seems to have a bit more power going up hills and holds the road slightly better. The interior extra console space in the center is better than previous models. I'm happy.

Dealership was extremely friendly and I felt I was not being "scammed" like so many dealers attempt to do. Rodriguez and Miller were great, and did not push me ,and made me feel comfortable. The facility had a relaxed atmosphere with cool music! They listened to my needs in a bad economy. They had a large inventory to chose from, 3 separate lots. They gave me an overall fair deal at First Honda of Simi Valley. I would recommend these individuals and this dealership for a fair shake at the deal. I would go back again and gladly work with Albert Rodriguez and Stu Miller and the man who made signing the paperwork fun! Thank you Guys!

Had a great experience buying a car from this dealer. Was dealing with Albert and Brian. Albert made sure we had a thorough test drive to experience all the options on the vehicles, such as turning radius, back up camera, etc. Albert is very knowledgable and straightforward. He gave us complete instructions on the vehicle, explaining all functions, pairing our phones and how to play our beloved iTunes collection. We highly recommend him. "You will be in good hands" as an insurance company would say!

I visited the dealer a couple of months back and was welcomed by Albert Rodriguez. I did not find the used car I wanted, so he took my info and called me about 5 times over a period of two months to come in to see what used cars had come in as their lease expired. He was always very friendly. When my wife decided that we would be better off getting a new Honda Civic instead of waiting for a used one, I called Albert and suggested a price. He told me to come in and work with me on a great deal. The whole experience was awesome!!! I will go back to Albert for my next Honda purchase, which I do every two or three years.
