I walked into 1st Honda a bit uncertain of which SUV would fit my needs. I met Albert, we discussed my situation and after a couple of test rides I decided which vehicle I needed. While Albert and i worked out the deal for my CRV, he did not have the color and exact model I wanted. After speaking with Charles Guajardo, Albert told me not to worry, they would find my car. Within 24 hours I received a call from Albert and they were successful in locating exactly what I wanted. Johann made my sales experience stress free! He's extremely knowledgeable & made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions since I wasn't familiar with the next technology of the 2024 Honda He's extremely knowledgeable & made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions since I wasn't familiar with the next technology of the 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. What I most appreciated is he took the time to set-up my car so I didn't have to struggle with it when I took possession. I drove to work the next day worry free. Don (the Service Mgr. ) was very efficient. The phone system is terrible to deal with. I wish this dealer has more service technicians so that the wait time to have cars ) was very efficient. They were great! We were comfy in the waiting room, comp beverages, etc and seating. I reside in Sherman Oaks, a good $instance from Simi Valley but trust me, the dealers in my area don’t (old a candle to Simi Valley Honda. They are more than worth the ride to come here to have my car maint performed. In fact, my wife andi rather enjoy the scenic ride of hills and space snd find it relaxing. More
