I went to 6 dealerships. I stopped here at 8 pm on a Saturday night and the entire staff stayed until 9:30 (when they close at 9:00) to get a deal done. My 90 year olds father was lured in here today and trapped there for 3 hours! They would not let him leave! They did a total bait and switch. He was supposed to come in next week for a recall on his c trapped there for 3 hours! They would not let him leave! They did a total bait and switch. He was supposed to come in next week for a recall on his current CRV and they cold called him at home and told him they could give him a new car for less money. They did not. High pressure sales tactics and outright lies about how a lesser model car is better than his top of the line model. He’s elderly, not stupid! None of the employees had on masks and were in his face for three hours, potentially exposing him to COVID. He is 90!!!!! How dare you lure my precious father into your dealership to bait and switch him to make a buck and potentially expose him to COVID!!! And then not let him leave and trap him in there even though he asked to leave repeatedly! This dealership should be ashamed of itself taking advantage of an elderly man during a pandemic and potentially risking his life to make money! DISGUSTING!!!! I will be contacting corporate. More
