Great service. All staff at Subaru of Little Rock were helpful and competent. I'm grateful for their taking care of routine maintenance. I realize that there are staff working in the shop which contribute to excellent service. I also appreciated the well-design waiting area with options for reading, watching television or working in quiet on a computer. The availability of free coffee was a nice perk. More

The Little Rock team saved my day. Was 300 miles from home and my low tire pressure light came on. Hour and a half later I was on the road with a new tire and made it home before dark. Every time I get service the wait and actual service gets worse. Two hours for an oil change, tire rotation (valve cap missing) and “car wash” that was basically someone throwing water on it because it was s worse. Two hours for an oil change, tire rotation (valve cap missing) and “car wash” that was basically someone throwing water on it because it was still completely covered in dirt/road film/bugs. Tech video is a cool concept but they do the walk through so fast you can’t understand ANYTHING they say on it so what’s the point? Not impressed overall. More
