Straight shooters that love to have fun After speaking with Macy on the phone and getting the answers we needed, we went in knowing exactly which car we wanted. We just needed some assistance getting the job done. Once we arrived, we waited about 5 minutes before getting matched with Austin. When I say matched, I mean he was the first available. He introduced himself, got the keys, and we were off. After going thru all the normal steps of checking out the car, test driving it, and saying "yes, we want this"... we got to business. He was a straight shooter and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we walked out with what we wanted. He patiently walked us thru each step and kept us in the loop while we were waiting for finance. Then we met Alfred in Finance. He was also great! Very helpful and explained each step and option we had available to us. As we completed the deal and signed our name, we walked out. If you're fully satisfied with your customer service and car, you ring the bell. You bet I rang that bell! And with the ring of the bell, everyone cheers! Not just 1 or 2 people, but literally everyone. It's a great atmosphere and very laid back. We will 100% return to this dealership and I hope Austin is still there! Looking forward to our next visit in the next couple of years! More
