The best experience ever in buying a car!!!! This was our first experience with Lexus of Wayzata and what a pleasure it was! John Mac is THE BEST !!!!! Not to mention what a beautiful dealership This was our first experience with Lexus of Wayzata and what a pleasure it was! John Mac is THE BEST !!!!! Not to mention what a beautiful dealership it is. From the initial meeting to the minute we walked out the door with our new vehicle, we were so well taken care of. They thoroughly explained everything about our vehicle and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend going to Lexus of Wayzata to all of our family and friends. They have a new customer for life in us! Also, a big thanks to Ann, Tom, Becky & Chris! More

It doesn't make me an expert but certainly gives me incite into a good and/or bad experience. Most of my experiences would probably be rated a 3+ on a 0-5 scale. I must admit this is the only time I honestly could rate our purchase a 5+ for so many reasons. Lexus of Wayzata is an awesome and friendly facility. Ownership, sales and finance made us feel like we were family. John MacEachern, better known as "Mac", assists in every way possible. I would sing his praises and all of this listed to anyone looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. More

Best car buying experience!! Gerald has been wonderful to me. I bought a 2013 RX350 from him and this January I traded it for another RX350. Gerald has created me every time I cam Gerald has been wonderful to me. I bought a 2013 RX350 from him and this January I traded it for another RX350. Gerald has created me every time I came in for service and helped me when something was wrong. I really appreciate his attention to the details. He never once pushed me into a trade. I came in for an oil change but ended up trading after talking with Gerald about lease vs. buy. More
