Could have been a serious injury or death on top of vehicle damage. 2 tires were inflated to 37psi, 1 was 31psi and 4th was 33psi. Makes me wonder if they put the correct amount of oil in the correct area.

I received a call at 4:45, Friday afternoon telling me I needed new rotors all the way around and obviously brake pads. I have always taken my truck to you guys for service never was it mentioned I needed brake pads , had they told me I wouldn’t have worn them out to the point of needing the rotors replaced. Also Ben told me the last time my truck was serviced was December 21, 2021., really less than 2 months ago.. Total cost 2700, funny thing is Mullinax could do exact same for 1400. I showed them my paperwork. Mr. Benjamin was very accommodating he did furnish a rental and after much discussion brought my bil down to 1800., needless to say all trust is lost. They would have been very happy me paying 2700, also what else are they being sketchy about feel totally used and abused.
