I am the proud owner of a 2006 Passat 4motion 3.6 sport. Now that the car is out of certified warranty i was a little skeptical about going to the dealer for oil changes and routine service due to cost and Now that the car is out of certified warranty i was a little skeptical about going to the dealer for oil changes and routine service due to cost and etc. Let me tell you that it was the best decision i have ever made having my car serviced by the dealer after warranty!!! Not only are Bill Fallon, Billy Mac and Adam the most professional trio in the biz but the price is right....they washed my car and it was fast and done coerrectly!!! Dont sell your self short and go to the local Quick lube!! Thank You Colonial VW for everything that you provide me in the automotive field!!! More

I've only been here a few times since I purchased my Jetta and the service is amazing each time. Everyone I've been in contact with has been overally friendly and customer oriented. I didn't purchase my car at this dealership, but I feel like I am treated like I did-no hestitation by these service professionals. What really amazed me was how quickly my first first service was handled. I was in/out within no time. And, recently when I needed some body work as someone had already hit my bumper-Steve was so wonderful to work with. He truly took things under control and made it seamless for me. He said I would not even notice it had been hit when it was repaired and he was so right! I was really impressed how your dealership coordinated the body shop and rental car and it sounds like you don't really get any fees for this-wow-that was incredible-thank you so much! Thanks to everyone at the service desk, Steve, and Dick who drove me to my destinations. I facilitate customer service training at my company and you folks exhibit what it's all about-making this a wonderful "experience" for me. I will be back! More

Last week I called Colonial VW at 6:50 in the morning to see if I could schedule an oil change and a brake job, and Bill said bring it right in! I dropped it off at 10, and at 2:30 my car was ready. When I see if I could schedule an oil change and a brake job, and Bill said bring it right in! I dropped it off at 10, and at 2:30 my car was ready. When I went to pick the car up Bill told me he checked to make sure that there were no recalls on the car, and the car was washed and vaccuumed. Bill Fallon acted very professionally. I was very impressed by the service and would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. Thanks again Bill Fallon! More

I was introduced to Colonial VW's Service department when the window on my 2003 Jetta broke on a windy Saturday morning. In distress, I called Colonial, as they were the closes dealership to my house. Alth the window on my 2003 Jetta broke on a windy Saturday morning. In distress, I called Colonial, as they were the closes dealership to my house. Although they were closing shortly, they stayed open to help fix my window. That is when I was first introduced to Billy Mac. He stayed late to ensure the job was complete. He was very attentive. Over the years I have come to rely on Bill M., Bill F., and Colonial VW. In fact, I've purchased my last two VW's through Colonial and I won't trust any other service department to handle my VW's. Colonial VW ROCKS! More

I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Colonial Volkswagen for over 12 years. I purchased a new Jetta in 2001 and the service consultants (Bill M., Bill F. and Adam P.) have been amazing over the y Volkswagen for over 12 years. I purchased a new Jetta in 2001 and the service consultants (Bill M., Bill F. and Adam P.) have been amazing over the years that I have owned this vehicle. Always cordial and take the time to explain exactly what the service techs will be doing. They have always done their best to get my car into the shop as soon as possible and I have never had an issue with the quality of the service tech's work. Many of the service dept.'s staff have been there for all of those years - a testimony to the dealership. I now was at the point of wanting to trade the Jetta for a new VW. From the moment that I was introduced to Mike Lodowsky, Sales Rep.,I knew that I was going to be well taken care of. After discussing with Mike what I was looking for; he did not waste any time in finding the perfect match for me. I was amazed at how efficiently the process moved along and I drove my new 2013 Passat home two days after initially talking with Mike. He is so friendly and put me at ease right away. So much has changed in the car industry in 12+ years that I appreciated his patience with answering my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was impressed by his knowledge of every facet of the Passat that I was leasing.I am certain that I am going to continue to be a part of the Colonial Volkswagen family for many years in the future. More

I was extremely satisfied with the service I recieved at Colonial Volkswagen, thanks to Bill Fallon. He went above and beyond. Not only did Bill take my car in to be serviced the same day that I called, b Colonial Volkswagen, thanks to Bill Fallon. He went above and beyond. Not only did Bill take my car in to be serviced the same day that I called, but I also had it back that same day. He was honest and efficient and made sure to call me right away with what was wrong with the car. I got my car back washed and it looked so clean. I will definitely be using Colonial Volkswagon and Bill Fallon for my car repairs in the future. More

I was not happy with the service at Colonial VW. My car was under warranty and in short they wanted me to claim warranty repairs against my automotive insurance. I went to Colonial because my niece just leased a new Passat and she told me Chris Ployer was exceptional. I had been at several other car dealerships and was very unhappy with all of them. When i went Passat and she told me Chris Ployer was exceptional. I had been at several other car dealerships and was very unhappy with all of them. When i went to see Chris, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and was not the typical "pushy salesman". He sat with me and worked the numbers and got me into a new Jetta....which i love. Before i even left the lot, i was set up with a 30 day check-up. When i brought in my Jetta, Bill Fallon was there to greet me. He was friendly and explained everything they were doing, they even washed my car. I would recommend Chris, Bill and Colonial to anyone. More

I have used this dealer and their service department since 2003 when I bought my used VW Jetta Wagon. The car developed some annoying "features" that they fixed immediately. They have bent over backwards to resolve any car issues I have had. I had a problem with the work of one of their mechanics, that was resolved immediately as well. On their own initiative, they were able to get me a month free of a car payment from VW of America. When I ask questions, I get an honest answer about the necessity getting different types of maintenance done (as in needed and worth the money or not really needed). A mechanic volunteered to stay after hours when I showed up at 5pm with a tire that was deflating. The service area seems to be always busy but I usually can get servicing on the day that suits me best. Love the team of Bill & Bill in the service department. They are hard workers and straighter shooters. Can not say enough good things about them. More
